When I did it, it did not register as completed, but I did finish it and was back at my order hall. So I jumped down to where we fought the legion, and the portal was there, clicked it, went inside, no scenario, but killed some mobs and it suddenly flagged completed.

I had to Hearthstone to get out from the phase, went back into the order hall, ran to the middle, then something funny happened... :P

I also had 1 artifact trait unlocked previous to this chain that I had not chosen yet. after completing the scenario I was not able to turn it in, immediatly after choosing the trait the quest was marked complete

Hello, i have a problem i was trying to complete this quest but the server was restarting in 2 min. And i was in 2 stage of quest and restart came and when i relog i didnt have any quest Lady S' Theno is on land of Mardum and i cannot go down because when i try to jump down felbat catch me and take me back to Fel hammer is here anyway how to reset this quest or something like that?

I had once this Quest I was fighting in 2nd Stage then Server was restarted and i Log in and i was on Fel hammer without Quest and Scenario Lady S Theno was on land of Mardum and i cannot get to her because when i try to jump down Felbat Catches me and take me back to Fel Hammer is here anyway how to obtain this Quest or do something with it?

Pass through Illidari Gateway to teleport to the Fel Hammer. There a scenario starts, it has 4 stages:

Slay the demons through the class hall until you counter hit 100%
Go down, to the Forge room and slay Mother Volaz (north room).
Open south room and defeat Lord Ar'dranath
Return to upper level and use control console to activate the beam and shatter Legion ships.

I was queued for LFR and I had a while to wait. I was doing the quest chain and I just handed in the quest before when my queue popped. I did my LFR and now I can't pick up this quest. I don't have a quest in my log, and I can't get back down to pick up the quest.

I was on this quest when my Raid Finder queue popped. I clicked "Accept" before I realized I had started a scenario. When LFR was finished it ported me back into a completely empty Fel Hammer. I hearthed to Dalaran and then went back, still empty.

I went back to Dalaran again, abandoned the quest, and relogged. When I got back into the game my Fel Hammer was back to normal. I was able to run to the opposite end of the ship where the "flight path" is, click the lady, and port back down to Mardum where I was able to pick my quest up again.

I hope this helps someone, seems like a few people have run into the same problem!

There was no Illidari Gateway to teleport back to the Fel Hammer and no quest to pick up either. So I used the Dalaran Hearthstone and glided from Krassus Landing to the Fel Hammer instead. Nothing happened at all. Everything on board was as normal. Went up to the balcony and glided down into Mardum and... could now pick up the quest. WEIRD.

Relog helps if your Dala stone is on cooldown. Just don't forget to pick up the quest before using the portal.
