I've found demonic blood in Thorignir Refuge, around 45,81 for some reason the quest log sent me around the Halls of Valor but I didn't get any blood in there :\ Hope this helps guys.

Fel Blood will drop from almost any demon in the Broken Isles. I found the easiest way to be at the Faronnaar Front just southeast of the Illidari Stand in Aszuna. A lot of these demons will be half dead already.

It won't drop off demons outside the Halls of Valor in Stormheim. I should also mention that the game seems to take you there because there is an item called Fel Blood you can pick up, but it just gives you a debuff that gives 10% increased damage given and taken, and it doesn't give credit towards the quest.

The easiest way to finish this quest is head to Illidari Stand in Azsuna and tag the demons attacking the demon hunters.

The demon hunters are pretty efficient at killing them and there are also turrets to help/

You can just stand near one of the purple Illidari orbs shooting at the waves of demons and keep tagging them, as the orb hits like a truck on them you won't have to deal with them too much :)

Moonclaw Vale in south eastern Val'Sharah is also a good spot (the Satyr village), roughly 62, 72.

Lots of little imps around with about 520k hp at level 110 who have a 100% drop rate of the bloods, as well as the other Satyrs roaming around.

Good spot is at Faronaar in Azsuna, there are many groups of small spiders, each of them drop a blood, so i spent around 6-7 minutes to collect all 50.

I had about 17, mostly from killing Armond Thaco and Lord Adder. Yes, I'd had the quest a while. i finally wanted to get rid of it, and hit Azsuna's Ilidari Stand. The purple orb 'ward' at 42.43, 46.46 - along the road across the water toward the ruins you find Korvas at - was excellent. Got the rest in about 5 minutes, and only had to tag them as the ward did most of the damage.

Finally, something tolerably easy.

Btw the felblood drops in the exodar scenario that you do for khadgar. Easy 2 birds one stone

Garden of the Moon in Val'Sharah, (60/57). 2 demons spawn almost constantly. You kill one, then another pops up, you kill it, another pops up. You might have to move back 6 steps, I seem to find they don't spawn as fast if you stand on the spot they popped up from. The other mobs in the area are far enough away that they don't seem to aggro, or haven't yet.

Other places might be better (faster), but this one is pretty easy.

In case anyone else was wondering, the demons on the Broken Shore DO drop the blood. Nothing in the scenario is lootable, but once you make it to the shore, you can gain blood toward this quest while unlocking the full potential of the shore and completing world quests.

If you are doing the Word Quest called Clear the Skies in Suramar while on this quest, don't forget to loot the felbats, they drop these bloods!

If anyone is still doing this quest in 2022, just go to cave entrance /way 45.81, 67.55

You can just run laps around takes about 4 minutes to get all 50.

This quest is so odd as random friendly NPCs are marked as being sources for the blood. Makes you wonder...

Description

We have a request in from Winstone Wolfe. He says that he needs a rather large amount of demon blood. He was not specific what for, and I did not ask. I am inclined to do this for him with all expediency. The Wolf rarely asks for anything, so when he does, we jump. He gets results, one-hundred percent of the time and then some. We should show him the same professional courtesy.
