This starts a short quest chain at Tian Monastery. I did it at level 104 as a Brewmaster monk (not sure if it's different at different levels) and when the entire quest chain was complete I got the following:
Ox Initiate's Pledge (5): Use: Recruit Ox Initiates to accompany your Champions on missions
Glory of the Order: Use: Grants 300 Artifact Power to your currently equipped Artifact
Order Resources: 1K

Where the hell is Tak-Tak?

Tak-Tak is just west of the temple building itself, not the whole of the temple area as it looks on the map. Instead of going of a cross country ramble for ten minutes looking further and further west just as soon as you step out of the doorway of the Temple turn to your right and there is a gap between the building and the wall. Walk through the gap and around the outside of the building and hidden out of sight there is Tak-Tak and some other jerk who likes hiding from players.

This quest is unlocked at 103. The quest to do the lead-in mission is unlocked at 101. This can make an awkward gap where you finish the former quest and are told thatTian Monastery is under attack, but are given no follow up quest. Just thought I'd leave this here for anyone as confused as I was.

You have to find Tak Tak and ask him to send you to The Jade Forest.
Tak Tak is a little sneaky monkey located west of the temple.
