This quest starts from Leyweaver Athystro in Suramar after you complete main tailoring questchain

For the quest you can go back to the Shal'aran and use the Teleport: Felsoul Hold
Other option is the entrance to the cave

I'm reposting what thirdrail posted on the item we're supposed to loot for this quest, since it's quite hard to figure out:

Dropped by Djin'zal, objective of the Tailoring quest Exotic Textiles. Can be found in The Arcway (the exterior area, not the instance). The entrance is located at 35.7 82.2, he is located at 35.4 40.0. Big room on the west side of the interior map.

In the alternative, take the Teleport: Felsoul Hold from Shal'Aran if you've done Quality of Life and activated the teleporter. He is straight ahead when you come through the portal.

It impossible to do this quest without dying. Actually, that is what you are supposed to do.

There are massive Infernals blocking the path to the objective, leaving you with no other choice to but to either group with other players to grind you way through or to find an alternate path.

If you do choose to sneak past the Infernals, you will be overwhelmed with numerous "lesser" mobs. You will also be unable to kill them in time before the Infernals return after a lap, as they are quite strong in the HP department.

You cannot escape by levitating off the cliff to get across the area, directly toward the objective (or whatever other means if unique travel you have) as it will cancel it out, leaving you to fall to your death.

After dying, however you end up dying, you will be teleported to a graveyard, as expected. The graveyard, however, is located near to where the objective is located. You will, however, need to resurrect at the graveyard, leaving you with the Resurrection Sickness debuff for ten minutes. I have not attempted to make it to the objective with the debuff as I couldn't even get far without it.

Log out or log into an alt in the meantime or go do something else. This quest will take time to complete as well.

I do not understand why these mechanics are in play. There is no lore reason for this nor is it fun. You could argue that it was designed poorly, but this was clearly no accident on the designer's part.

In their attempt to write a fresh and new quest, they instead created something unnecessarily frustrating and time consuming. Opinions may vary, however. I'm used to these things by now.

This quest objective is found in the Arcway (not in the dungeon instance). Once you go through the entrance, open your minimap. You will see the location of Djin'zal. He's behind quite a few mobs and it will take you a good 10-15 minutes to get to him.

To pick up this quest, I found it much easier to fly to Felblaze Ingress, Azsuna then run into Suramar on my mount. There's a path up to the cave starting at:
/way Suramar 26.25 74.14

To complete the quest, go to Meredil and take the portal to Felsoul Hold.

Easy way to get to the quest objective without the Portal or going through a bunch of mobs. (Quest done in 5 mins or less).

At bottom of Felsoul Hold valley (33.7, 75.6), there's a cave entrance. If you're facing the cave, to its right (go around the lava pool), there is a path going uphill.

Go up the path part way and to your left you will see a ledge (35.6, 78.4). Walk along the ledge.

Jump thru the opening at (36.4, 76.7) and you will be standing right behind the quest mob!

If you have no shortcuts/portals and want to avoid mobs this worked for me

I Decide to finally work on my tailoring quests and when I got to this guy I made the mistake of watching the only video of how to get to him and the flipping thing didn't even show how to get to the NPC that gives the quest.

Like someone else mentioned, the easiest way to get to him is to ride from Azunas flightpath Felbflaze ingress. Right next to the flightpath (to the right) is an area with demons, this spot is a quest area as well as a world quest spot, if you mount up and literally ride to the back of it ( or go around to avoid mobs and dismounting) in the back is a drop off to a stream/water area. Across from it is a path. Go up that path and at the top of the hill to your left is a cave.

He is in this cave!....... there is your NPC for the "exotic textiles" quest. This is by far the easiest/quickest way to get here while avoiding mobs :)

I hope that this helps someone else out trying to find this guy.

With flying getting to him has become much easier. Just fly to 36.1, 77.0 in Suramar and face east; he's found inside a hollow area at the side of the mountain. It's not at the ground level and not at the top of the hill, but rather a distance partway up - easily accessed by flying. No need to fight your way to him now. While you're at it, if you haven't already then get the portal to Shal'aran; it's located at the end of the walkway to the east of where Djin'zal is (down a long purple carpet).

I've been curious about demonic cloth, and my attempts to obtain some through approved means have been met with resistance.

I simply must see this cloth for myself.

I don't wish to disrupt Azayna's pact with the demons, but you - you can attack the demons without drawing attention to our guild.

I'm particularly interested in a particular demon's set of robes. Bring me a scrap, and I'll teach you what I know.
