There is a shrine at 27,52 it's on the beach on the west side of the Timeless Isle. Looks like a man made rock formation.

At the entrance to "Red Stone Run" next to the collapsed cave entry behind a tree there is shine. It also looks like a man-made rock formation.

Do these just become "active" randomly? I have been to each of the three noted here as well as found one other, (which I will grab coords for and post in an edit) and have not been able to click on any of them

Data about active shrines

Wayshrines activate roughly every 10 minutes, and are clickable by only one person per activation. Being in a group (not raid) will grant credit for the quest if one person clicks the wayshrine.

These are used for this quest as well as Pilgrimage, granting one of four buffs, or causing a massive fire AoE that will pull nearby enemies.

The buffs and quotes for each are:

Fortitude of Niuzao "Though blood floods the ground, the mountain is unmoved."
Wisdom of Yu'lon "The truth shines brightest in clouded times."
Chi-Ji's Hope "Hope's fire grows when the flames come together."
Xuen's Strength "Strength and power are as different as sun and moon."

The AoE is

Ordos' Burning Sacrifice "The shrine was corrupted by Ordos!"

iv'e sttod by a ton of these for like 10 minutes at a time and nothing. is there something i'm missing? can you not click it if you had in the past? I ran up to a lot of these when I was running around the island

Whichever shrine you choose, WATCH IT CLOSELY; the active time is really short... It show as a glow, and the shrine become clickable.

Best strategy for getting them if there is a lot of competition is to just find a shrine and wait. It's only a few minute recharge and if your server is anything like mine it's hard to do anything with the horrible server lag anyway. Good luck!

Today i went to an active Shrine, but someone came before me and clicked on it. He got the blessing and the Shrine was disabled (so i suppose only one person at time can click on it), i stood there and waited.
It took about 15 minutes to see it active again

A few tips:

Group up for this. It seems only one person can click it when it activates, but everyone in the group will complete the quest.

When the stone activates, it will sparkle like a quest item, and your curser will turn into a gear instead of a hand. Click fast.

Rumour says that they activate every ten minutes.

You WILL get quest credit if one of your party members interacts with the shrine. So group together =)

There are 12 shrines, according to the above waypoint posts. Each becomes active every 10 minutes, or six times per hour, or 144 times per day. That means, assuming each were clicked instantly, a maximum of 3456 blessings per day, which, since you can complete it in a party of 5, means 17280 people is the theoretical maximum number who can complete the quest to obtain these per day. Given that this is a cross realm zone, this is a pretty low number compared to the number of people who need to find one for the quest. It would take several days at least for everyone to complete (not sure exactly how long because it depends on things like realm pop. and how many realms are CRZ'd).

It seems like only one player can use an active shrine at a time. Try and find one where no one else is already camping, or you need to be very quick.

I found the point on North-Western tip of the island, just above the Houjin Landing to be of help. Nobody ever farms there, except for the Dread Ship that is a bit further ahead. It is a shrine out of the way of most everyone, so there is a good chance to finish the quest at that spot.

A little tip about Ordos' Burning Sacrifice, the fire AoE that goes off if the shrine is corrupted. It damages enemies, not you. So if you kite a bunch of elites over near the shrine before you click it, if it's corrupted you can knock all their health down quite a bit even if they're almost at full health. If it's not corrupted, then excellent, you get the buff. This way, you win whether the shrine is corrupted or not. Just don't pull so many mobs that you wouldn't be able to kill them yourself should it not be corrupted.

Description

Many years ago, these grounds were a place where my people would come in pilgrimage. Here, they would listen to the words of the celestials, and meditate for many days. In their meditations, they found the fear, anger, despair, doubt, and violence that plagued their spirits.

Before them would be a pathway to enlightenment. For each, the pathway would be different. For all of them, the pathway began with wisdom.

Travel the island, as they did, and discover one of the lost wayshrines of the celestials.
