Hops are in the cave/burrow.

There's a nice symbiosis between these three quests (which you'll get together).

Use the fake carrots on the Twitchheel Hoarders to make your way inside their burrow, thus completing Crouching Carrot, Hidden Turnip.

Once inside, grab all the sacks of stolen hops to complete Thieves to the Core. If you're a stealther, avoid the stinky turnips, as they'll expose you. Twitchheel Sleepyheads will not fight you if you avoid them, so watch out you don't step on them. If you aggro Hoarders, don't despair: throw at them another fake carrot and wait for them to despawn (in the meantime they'll keep attacking you).

Make your way into the deepest part of the burrow and fight Chufa. You'll be alone for a little while, and after she drops to 75% or so, Chen will appear to aid you. Finish her and make your way to the surface to complete your quests.

The pun of collecting bags of hops while killing rabbits is amazing.

If you are unable to collect those just kill few rabbits and it should start working again.

Description

You and that Chen fellow are good people, helpin' out with the virmen like you are. I don't like to ask for favors, but I ain't gonna turn 'em away, either.

While you're out there puttin' the hurt to those rabbit-men, you wouldn't mind keepin' an eye out for some bags o' hops, would ya? I'm pretty sure they lifted 'em last night.

Probably usin' em for pillows, knowin' how they are.
