Siren's Song is a quest on a boat south west of the keep. Ephram something or other is the quest giver. This will phase the person who ends this quest.

For some reason I didn't get phased for this, I tried dropping it and re-taking it but still couldn't get the keep phased with the right NPC's in it.

Dropping the quest and relogging fixed this for me.

If he isn't in the top room of the keep, just relog and the phase should update.

This quest is from the Odyssey when they have to strap Odysseus to the pole of the ship to stop him from falling in love, I thought this was clever by Blizzard.

you'll know you're not in the right phase if the cannon is still there and the quest giver is still on top of the box. Drop quest and relog.

i am having an issue with the quest Kurdran's Waitin' quest giver to pick that quest up phased out on me. delete my WTF. Cashe. and Interface folders. done the stuck suicide method. to no avail. anyone have any ideas?
