Disclaimer: The events described below took place during Beta, build 12644

It's possible I was missing something, but I died 3 times attempting to get into the Blackrock tower. The problem is two guards posted in front of the entrance with an additional Warden standing very close by.

I would successfully distract the guards but as soon as I did the Warden would cast Stealth Detection and instantly spot me. From there Death quickly followed! This being Beta not sure if this is intentional or not.

What I ended up doing was dieing and entering the tower as a ghost. I ran up to the top level and rezzed out of sight of the two Orcs guarding the entrance to the room you need to enter. I then chloroformed each guard separately, allowing me to enter the room, chloroform the remaining guard, and plant the charge. I had to chloroform a guard once more to exit the room, but I was able to do it successfully.

From there I simply ran down a level and jumped off the tower into the area unoccupied by mobs. I was concerned about Jorgensen at this point as he ran down through the occupied tower, however he joined me without aggro'ing anything.

Other than this brief annoyance the Bravo Company/Keeshan quest line has been very enjoyable! GJ Blizz!

The key to the tower part of the quest is to make it all the way to the top. Just being inside the base of the tower won't allow you to plant the charge....despite the fact that I ALWAYS plant my demolition charges at the base of a building....not at the top :)

Just played this for patch 4.0.3a. Took my level 22 paladin. You use the bravo company kit from the prior quest. Approach the tower at 65,71 or the ammo hut at 63,70. I approached from the rear. Use distraction to pull the guards off the door and slip in from the side. My field kit was a little buggy. I had to dismiss and reactivate it to get the bomb button to show. The hut has no one inside so just plant the bomb and buggy. The tower has one guard inside the ground level who I chloroformed. Remember to climb all the way to the top. There is a middle landing that feels like the top, but find the small ramp all the way to the actual top. There are three guards up there. I distracted them to the left and entered the room from the right and quickly planted the bomb. I jumped down to escape. Taking jump damage does not turn off the camouflage. Neither does performing herbing. One final pointer, when performing the chloroform attack remember to left-click the target not right-click so you do not inadvertently start auto-attack.

Wow, what a quest. I have a hunter (but that doesn't matter because you cant use your pet)... how many times did I die! anyway, the tower at floor level is the easy one (however the distraction doesn't last that long) but the other one where you have to go in and up top was so difficult. I found the best thing to do was run in go upstairs, let the mobs attack your following dude and then when you get up top let the mobs kill you. Run back dead and resurrect at the top on the opposite side to where the mobs are. Then camouflage then distract on the left hand side of the tower top. Run around the opposite side and inside. The drop your seaforium, then hearth. I couldn't do it any other way.

Beautiful quest, and the entire chain is compeletely awesome. Did this quest a little while ago with my lv. 20 rogue (it really doesn't matter since you need to be using that field kit to accomplish your objectives) and encountered no problems. No deaths. There is rather big group just in front of the tower, Distraction them away (there is plenty of space where Distract to) and then there is a lone orc. Chloroform him from behind and climb all the way up. On the very top of the tower plant the seaforium. There are three guards but they meant nothing to me, was able to plant the bomb without them noticing. Just plant it in LoS so they cannot see you. Beware of one guard buffing itself with a stealth detection upon your return to tower entrance, just keep yourself at the back wall and check the said guard for his stealth detection duration (it is roughly 18 - 20 secs). If you wanna be safe, chloroform that lone orc inside the tower again. When the guard's stealth detection wears off, distraction them away and go outside and left, there is the munition depot. It is much easier than the tower. Two guards, distraction them. Inside plant the bomb and keep those guards in check. Distract them again and exit the depot, though I managed to plant very quickly and thus exiting the depot before the guards returned to their posts. But it can be risky. Your call. The way to Keeshan, who is to the east of the blackrock base, should be quite safe. Just avoid that heavily guarded POW area to the left of the canyon.

It took me several hours to complete this quest, but I finally did. (ta-da!) My big problem was finding the top of the tower. I finally found it by looking sort of along the outside of the tower once I got to the top. First, chloroform the guard at the bottom inside. Then go up the ramp to the top of that ramp. Look around for the boxes of stuff. The ramp is just to the left and outside of where the boxes are sitting. Look carefully so you don't fall off the tower. That first step is a doooozy! Handle the guards as previously described. And you're golden. ;)

This quest used to work fine, I've done it 4 other times without issue before patch 4.1.0. After that patch dropped, this quest is hopelessly broken. Even if you distract the guards, the field kit doesn't stealth "Jorgensen" and the mobs see him and attack him (if you're lucky) or both of you. Good luck getting close enough to chloroform the orcs without them seeing your companion first.

The strategy I use for now is to use Jorgensen as a decoy: while the guards go after him, run over and get/plant what I need to.

*At the cave to get the key: distract the guards, run into the cave.
A) If they dont notice you then do the quest as Blizzard intended.
B) If they go after Jorgensen, just go grab the bag on the wall and get out of the cave, preferably towards the rocks so you can rez safely.

*Go let the villagers out. You shouldn't need to distract anyone for this, it's easy to get over there without being seen.

*To set the bomb in the tower: Distract the guards out front, sneak in. If the guard in the room sees Jorgensen, just let them fight it out and run up the ramp, circling halfway around the right side.
A) If you don't die here, all good, continue on with the quest as Blizzard intended.
B) If it bugs and you do die, rez on the top out of sight of a guard, let Jorgensen appear, camo yourself, walk up as if to chlorform the first guard. Likely they'll see Jorgy and start fighting your companion. Let them have at that, run in, plant the bomb, jump down because you'll end up dead either way. Corpse run back, rez in a safe area.

*For the ammunition hut, stealth on over. Distract the guards out front.
A) If they don't see you, continue on and walk all the way to the back of the hut. If your bomb isn't appearing, toggle the kit off and on until you have the seaforum option for the 4 button, plant one. Exit carefully.
B) If they do see Jorgensen, just run to the back of the hut, hit the bomb button (if it's there). If it's not there don't bother toggling, just stand at the back of the hut and await death. Corpse run back to the inside at the very back of the hut, rez, apply the kit, drop the bomb. Get out however you can manage it.

Do the rest of the quest as you're supposed to. If you've had bugs up to this point, just take it for granted that your camo is useless, and you'll probably die a couple more times on the way to Shalewind Canyon.

Hopefully that helps anyone that's having nasty bugs in this once awesome questline.

Your plan worked great for the munitions hut, but I get killed every time at the top of the tower. Chloroform 1st guard, Jorgenson aggro's 2nd and or 3rd guard every time, which disables my field kit, and removes my camo. Also, when the field kit disables, there's no longer any way to plant the explosive in the tower.

Have a ticket in to Blizz.. 20 hours, 27 minutes to go... : (

Adendum to top of the tower: after ressurrecting on top of the tower (oposite side of the door), plant a distraction at your right - this will attract the three orcs there. Go to the left, enter the small cabin, plant the bomb, get out of there. No more deaths.

just did this on a 33 Survival Hunter.
You can summon your pet after Jorgensen and you leave the compound.

When the orcs aggroed,(since Jorgensen is NOT under camo)
let him and the pet handle the two outside guards,
dropped a frost trap on the inside guard,
FD to drop out of combat,
re-apply the field kit,
re-apply camoflage,
drop the charge,
heal up,
kill last guard,
descend ramp,
stopping part way up, so you can chloroform bottom guard,
distract outside guards, if necessary
and proceed to new camp

I just want to point out that in the tower you do not have to go INSIDE the top part of the tower to plant the explosives, you can just come very close to the wall click your seaforium and you are done.

I hate this quest, the orcs agro far too easily, and once they do, you are DEAD! I did this before on my Draenei priest and don't remember having this much trouble, so did they tweak something in a recent patch or something?

On the other hand, I think my priest was level 40 when I did it, so if I got into trouble I could fight my way out. Now that's fun, this just sucks.

This quest is tough as a nail sandwich until you figure out how to avoid dying 10 times.

Ammo Hut:
Just place the seaforium outside the very back wall. No guards to distract at all.

Tower:
Distract as many as you can in front and make your way inside using chloroform on the guy if needed. If you don't get it perfect, don't worry, just move as far inside as you can and up the 1st ramp if possible. If you die, ghost back and respawn in the mid-section of the tower. Now move up the 2nd ramp and at the top of the ramp, place your seaforium where the ramp reaches the top level against the outside back wall of the room. Once finished, jump off to carefully avoiding guards below. (1 death maximum)

I died at least 10 times due to #$%^ty gear penalties before I figured this out. Save your time !

Come on, blizz... I understand you want to enforce the idea that it's a stealth quest, but Elites? Did it HAVE to be Elites? What with the glitch where Jorgensen doesn't get the stealth buff, it would have been ok... if the elites didn't OWN him within 5 seconds. hopefully, this glitch will be fixed soon

I had no problem using stealth/distract or chloroform, so possibly 4.2 (released yesterday) fixed issues.

I was looking for the seaforium charge in my bag though. The charge isn't an item, it's a new Option 4 in your Bravo Company field kit.

Once you switch quests, you may have to reactivate the Field Kit a couple of times to get the 4th option to show up. I reactivated mine inside the tower (Yikes!) and got the seaforium option.

Okay, I've done this quest line with several toons, and I always have a problem planting the Seaforium in the tower. Using Chloroform on the one lone Orc inside the base of the tower does not work. Let me say that again. Using chloroform on the lone Orc inside the base of the tower does not work. I've done this with at least five toons and it always goes the same way. Chloroform the orc in the lower tower, he recovers when you're at the top of the tower (it's tricky running up the ramp, because you can run off the edge and be at the bottom again), and he'll charge up and own you.

The last time I did this, I tried something different and it worked like a charm. First, do not distract the guards guarding the outside of the tower. Simply come up from behind, camouflaged, and you can sneak in right behind them. They will not see you. Just hug the outside wall as you approach the entrance, and go right in. Once inside the tower, do not use chloroform. Again, he will recover by the time you make it to the top and own you. Behind the lone orc on the inside, throw the distraction near the entrance. The lone orc and the guards will run to it, and you can take a leisurely stroll to the top of the tower, plant the seaforium, jump down. Planting the other Seaforium charge can work the same way. Just come up behind the guards and sneak in. They won't see you. However, since there's nothing on the inside of the armory, you can use the distraction on the outside, whichever you like.

Amazingly, this quest is very hard even for a 36 priest. Perhaps I should take my level 85 paladin here and see if he, too has a problem. This quest appears to be broken and/or needlessly difficult for the usual toons trying to complete it. The guards at the top of the tower always are a problem.

this quest sucks. the chloroform is terrible. 20 seconds and if your not completely out of sight when they snap out of it, they can find you even when stealthed. the action bar is so buggy too. i must've untoggled and retoggled the survival kit about 20 times and abandoned and took up the quest again twice. still no bomb on the action bar. the guards can kill you in 2-3 hits if your the recommended level for the quest, and detect you extremely easily. when i did this quest in 4.0 with my level 80 it didn't seem too bad. then again, it was my level 80. i could one shot the guards. i don't remember the action bar being so buggy though. i hate this quest and i will not do it unless i see a note in the patch notes of any new patch "fixed bugs for To Win a War, You Gotta Become War" or something along those lines

If the bomb item doesn't show on your action bar, just press '4'. It will then plant the bomb anyway.

If anyone is having trouble with the action bar not showing the seaforium charge button, simply abandon the quest and then go and get it from John. J. Keeshan again and voila! The seaforium button will be there when you reactivate the bravo company pack.

Bad quest. 21 Shaman did it with one guard dead and both me and Jorgensen dead once.

Do not go inside munitions building - as others have said, lay the bomb against the middle of the back outside.

Distract guys outside entrance of tower building. Sneak in. Don't mess around, just kill the guard. Let Jorgensen take the heat then both of you wail on him. Jorgensen, if he dies, will rez shortly and catch up to you (I didn't think to try to heal him and let him tank, although I wonder if that might work). Didn't need to lay any totems to do the job. Ran up and laid bomb at back of top tower building at the top of the stairs as others have suggested. The guard up there didn't appear to care about me even though I forgot to turn the camouflage back on.

Ran back down to the first room. If you even step beyond the inside guard's body on the first floor (at the bottom of the stairs), they will all attack. I don't know how you lay a distraction far enough away from there to get out. Silly really. I died then in a fury of fire and blades, but was at least tickled not to have run all the way back there and try again.

Levitate or parachute might be handy to skip out the back way from mid-level if you have them.

Actually, I discovered that the seaforium charge button is there, you just can't see it. I could only see the first three buttons but when i pressed my number 4 on my keyboard, the charge was activated.

I'm trying to plant the Seaforium Charge in the tower. I knock out the first guard that's at the base of the tower. But when he wakes up, he aggros me. Everytime. And I die because of it. That ain't right.

Ok, this quest is ridiculous, for the reasons mentioned by everyone, but I figured out the easiest way to do it. You don't have to go into the hut you just press against the side of the hut and hit 4. As for the tower, I had to die a couple times to where i could rez at the mid platform area. Once I did that I camo'ed again and came up to the top landing for the tower. Once there, you will be facing the back of the building. Just smash yourself up against the building and hit 4 and oila the bomb is planted. Last problem was I knew I could either die again and just take the penalty or use my heartstone which was set at stormwind. It is an easy flight back to Shalewind Canyon, Redridge to turn in the quest.

awesome quest, but still buggy.. aside from what everyone else is saying.. i kept dying when an orc attacked my bud because even though he held aggro, i couldnt attack and help him out because the bar wont turn off in combat.. after he dies, i get a garunteed death

As of 9/11/12, I am unable to use the Distract ability... it keeps saying No Path Available, despite multiple tries on many different parts of the ground. I was able to use the Chloroform to plant the hut bomb, but I've died numerous times trying to get the tower done with just Chloroform.
I ended up having to die, go up to the top of the tower at the opposite side of the entrance to the top of the tower, activate the kit, (can't plant bomb while dead) res, Camo, *then* plant bomb while up against the wall of the top of the tower. I didn't have to mess with the three guards up top.
On another note, this quest is bugged to the nines. Hope this helps!

I've done this quest several times now with different characters. Each time it is a pain. But this time, with my new monk, it was easy.

Be sure you are stealthed using the kit at all times.

1. To plant the charge at the munitions hut, just sneak in behind the guards from the back of the hut, staying close to the wall until you are inside. They should not even know you are there. There are no bad guys inside. Plant the charge and go out the same way. I came in from the left myself. I did this one first since it's so easy to get out of the way.

2. To plant at the tower, again, sneak in behind the guards and stay close to the wall going right once you are inside the doorway. Sneak up behind the inside guard at the bottom of the stairs and target him for the chloroform.

If you chloroform the inside guard at the bottom of the stairs, you may have just enough time to plant the charge at the top. He will come after you if you don't move fast. Before, you had to go inside the tower hut area at the top to drop the charge. It required you deal with the three guards at the top. Now, just go to the top of the stairs and then up the next flight to behind the tower hut. Don't even involve the guards. Apparently Blizz, at least for me, has made it so you don't have to get around the guards and go inside. Drop the charge at the top of the stairs next to the back wall of the tower hut and get out of there. I'd say just jump toward the back.

If you want to kill the inside guard at the bottom of the stairs, I'd say chloroform him, then go up the stairs a bit to a safer place and kill him. Do not go all the way to the top or you will aggro the top guards. Too close to his original location and you'll probably aggro those guards at the front entrance.

If you aggo more than one guard, you will probably die. Go to the top of the tower and die there. That puts you in the perfect place to rez and drop the charge.

Don't forget, the turn in is not back at camp. It's forward to the next camp. Check you map for the new location of the turn in.

This is quest was actually much easier for me than Prisoners of War. Yes, "Distraction" still didn't work for this one, but I didn't need it. Go to the munitions hut, chloroform one of the two orcs standing at the entrance, slip in behind him, BOOM. The tower was a bit more complicated, but I used the same general strategy. Two orcs at the entrance, chloro one of the them and sneak in behind him. Then chloro the guy inside on the bottom level. Go up to the top floor, chloro the next guy (I aggro'd another orc here). Jorgy took the aggro while I ran in and quicky planted the explosives. Once the quest is done, run like hell outta there. LOL.

The Blackrock Tower is the only big tower in that area and it actually has two levels. You have to be at the top level in order to plant the Seaforium. At the main entrance there are two guards and you can sneak in behind them. Inside the guy you can Chloroform, then head up to first level. Even if someone detects you and starts killing you, try to run to the first level, so that you can go back there as a ghost. There is nobody else at first level, so if you resurrect at the first level, you're safe. Then you'll see on the outside there's another wood to go further up. In front of the upper entrance there are two more guards and inside another one. But as someone else already pointed out, the boundaries are not set very well, so you don't have to go inside, just near the outer wall is enough to plant the Seaforium.

The first time I did this, I died because I used chloroform on the guard inside the tower. Once I got halfway up he woke up and came after me. So I died inside the tower. When I ran back, I didn't release spirit until I was up at the top of the tower. Nothing came after me and I was able to plant the bomb and run away.

After reading all the post about this quest, it worked!

1. Continuously camo yourself...ALWAYS!
2. Go behind the ammo building and plant the first bomb on the very outside wall (you might have to try two times...I did).
3. Go sneek up behind one guard at the entrance at the tower (be against the wall & keep using camo) and use the chloroform on him.
4. Go inside. Keep using camo and chloroform the next guard at the ramp.
5. Go up the ramp, but be careful so you won't fall off. Try to go up as high as you can before you die.
6. If you did die, don't resurrect until you are at your body, but go as far as you can up and then resurrect. Toggle the button. Resurrect. Click 4. Camo yourself and jump and keep camoing.
7.Camo all the way to Shalewind Canyon.

This quest was so much easier after reading all the post!

The Bravo Company Field Kit still works outside of Redridge Mountains, but only during this quest, not Prisoners of War, and only with the "Distraction" command.

The Tower: You have to get to the top level to plant the charge. You can chloroform the guards on the way up: one on the first level and 3 at the top. Then run back down to the mid-level and jump off!

Although easier to achieve than the previous quest, you may well find yourself having to fight the guard inside the tower. In order to chloroform the two guards outside the tower, chances are you won't see the third guy until it's too late.

Did this on my Paladin at lvl 25 (I blame his professions for the XP boost) and taking the lone guy down wasn't too difficult. Dunno what happened to Jorgensen though - he either bought it, or stupidly engaged another orc.

Anyway, as soon as I dropped the guy, I planted the bomb and hearthed out. Screw trying to finds my way back down again - I saw a guy jump earlier and get slaughtered lol

Currently with the scaling close to unpossible...camouflage doesnt work and can't chloroform due to that. i'd advice bringing a high level friend to help you, or you will have to go through alot of corpse running

After the level scaling changes I can say that this is by far and away my least favorite quest in all of WoW. Never, ever doing the Redridge quest line again.

I did this as a Level 30 Lightforged tank paladin with full account gear. Placing the bomb in the tower is nearly impossible.

I have a lot of max level characters and a lot of them are human, so I have leveled through Redridge many times. My new Lightforged Ret Pally is having way more problems than any before with this quest. I did it through a lot of corpse running and rezzing places. On top of the tower I chloroformed a guard but was attacked by two more from the other side. I planted the bomb a fraction of a second before dying. But I finally succeeded. If Blizz wants to improve leveling, start with this quest.

I ended up just dying in the tower, logged out, flew my 110 over to kill the three orcs at the top, then switched back to my leveling character and planted the bomb. Didn't have any issues with bombing the munitions hut. If you're having trouble with this quest and have a higher level character, give this a try. Hopefully Blizz takes another look at the quests.

I found that the tower's bomb can be set by walking up the back and walking into the wall while pressing the bomb button.

This quest is still possible after then scaling changes,

First get to the top of the tower, you'll probs die doing this but you can spirit walk to the top
Second use distract at about 4-5 O'Clock of the tower. (the top of the ramp being 6 and the hut entrance being 12)
Third as well three mobs run clockwise you run anti clockwise
Fourth Plant the bomb.

As of time of posting this, this quest has become ridiculously broken. The mobs can now see through camouflage, and as a result, all of your abilities except distraction are useless.
I think I found a decent way of planting the seaforium at the tower if you can't kill the mobs.

1. Distract the orcs guarding the entrance to a location as far away as possible.
2. Walk in - then die - or don't if you can, but you're almost definitely going to die.
3. Release and walk to the tower. As a ghost, get as far up as you can, and resurrect.
4. Walk to the highest level, and just try your best to get into the room - then you're probably going to die.
5. Release, walk back to the tower, and place your ghost inside the room as far back in the room as possible.
6. While still dead - activate your Bravo Company Field Kit. (I agree, it's strange you can use it while dead, but you can.)
7. Be careful with this step - resurrect and immediately spam 4, or whichever key is bound to planting the Seaforium.

After the leveling retooling, I died 7 times on my lightforged hunter at the top of the tower.

The camo doesn't work, even if you chloroform 2 of them outside the towers hut, the one inside is so close he spots you straight away and kills you, and using distraction makes them aoe and break your camo.

I got so fed up I logged on a lv110 alt, nuked all mobs in the area, and completed the quest.

This needs reworking, it can't be done in the games current state unless your a class that can get past the issues like a rogue.

After several attempts to do it legit on my rogue and having to resort to rtoppe's "cam, release, spam 4" method for the first tower, I just used Sneak and Sap to do the second.

Here is what worked for me for the tower charge after the level revamp: I went in and died, then resurrected half way through the tower. Went up in front of one of the guards, but still at a safe distance. Put "Distraction" in front of me then quickly went around the tower the opposite way. This draws out all three of the guards. I went in, put the charge and jumped off the tower. Job done.

I've found the best way to get around this.

Hit 'L' and look to where it says "To win a war. You gotta become war". Right click that and then click abandon. Move on to the next zone; you're done in Redridge. NOTHING is worth dying this much!

Here some tips that could help you.

First, as Maldai have discovered, the hut's bomb can be planted outside of the building: run into the wall and spam 4.

For the tower you will need Invisibility Potion. Distract (just in case) the guard pack at the entrance, use the potion and run upstairs. You can plant the bomb one "floor" below of the supposed place.

I found the mechanics of this to be broken. The stealth would not work properly, mobs would randomly spot me when using the distraction and I never had any luck with the chloroform, they'd immediately turn around and attack me.

I did the tower by dying next to it and ghosting to the top, you might find this easier to what I did which was repeatedly run away and reset for several minutes until giving up.

I just did this. When you are dead inside the tower on the top (with an orc facing you) as soon as you resurrect, press 4 and you will have planted the bomb.

This quest is probably a reference to the movies about John Rambo. The quest giver John J. Keeshan looks like Rambo with a bandana, quiver, bare chest and also obviously is named John as well. Both the title of the quest is a phrase Rambo says in one of the movies and this questchain is about prisoners of war, the exact same as in Rambo II where he also rescues PoWs.

Only way to do this quest is to swap to a 110, kill the mobs, and swap back over.

Very difficult post 7.3.5 scaling, but certainly not impossible. Don't bother with the chloroform - just use the distraction ability to sneak past mobs. For the tower, plant it on the floor of the tower that is second from the top (I found it very difficult to get into the 'hut' at the top of the tower). For the munitions hut, can either plant just outside, or use the distraction ability to distract the two orcs at the front, sneak in, plant, and exit.

Chloroform is 5 yard range, which I didn't notice the first time. Makes it a bit easier than getting right next to them.

SOLUTION!

Struggling to do this quest now that the stat squish happened? Don't want to corpse run?

Heres how i worked out how to still do it.
1) Distract the orcs at the front.
2) Chloroform the orc downstairs.
3) Walk up the stairs to the first platform.
4) throw a distraction at the top of the ramp you just came up from. >> Make sure to zoom out and check that the orc in the room is facing into the room. This will attract the 2 outside of the top room.
5) quickly run up and chloroform the final guy.
6) bomb plant is instant cast, so cast and then jump off the tower to the side.

Have just done this.

The camoflauge "kind of" works. Don't walk super-close to mobs. Mostly the stealth and chloroform thing works fine until you get to the tower.

You can rez about halfway up the tower without aggroing anything.

Once at the top of the tower, you don't need to go inside the room to plant the bomb.

But its almost guaranteed that you will die and have to run back 3-4 times so maybe not worth the effort.

As of today, I did the questline for this. When I got to needing to plant the charges, everything was on my bars and all of it worked correctly. I was able to distract everything I needed to to get where I needed to be without fighting anything or dying. Please don't get discouraged by reading the other posts, I guess they attempted it before everything was fixed as far as the quest goes.
I never got any outside walls to work, so I went into the room where the charges were on the small hut. The larger building, I got near the top, threw the distraction and all 3 guards ran to it. Slipped in, planted the charge and made my way up the hill to complete it.

Just did this quest without dying. I did pull some of these elite mobs - including the one inside the bottom of the tower - but I just carried on and let Jorgensen handle them while I planted the charge. Surprisingly , he didn't die. Maybe they have reduced their HP?

I planted a charge at the outside base of one tower but could not on the next tower. I had to go to the top of the next tower to plant the charge.
