Just go and talk to the Salt-Flop on top of the hill. He has the amulet and another quest. Home... Gone... Naga...

Ignore the location this map is giving it has nothing to do with the location of the amulet. Follow the previous comment.

Salt-Flop is at about 73, 47

I just did this quest yesterday. The location given by the default quest helper now properly indicates Salt-Flop's location.

Just follow the path leading to the top hill and voila you find him there with a huge umbrella.He gives you a quest then click the conversation dialouge and you get the amulet:)

Obtain the Amulet of Sevine from Salt-Flop near the Shattershore in the Blasted Lands.

Description

The second amulet, Sevine's amulet, is in the hands of a murloc, far to the south, on a shelf that overlooks the Shattershore. How it ended up in that murloc's possession, I cannot say, but I can state with certainty that you will find it there.

Bring her amulet to me, along with the rest.
