It's in a brown box around the first bend inside the cave. Easy to blow past it if you aren't looking.

Follow the wall right from the questigiver. It's in a small box with three mobs in the room. There is a large Horde banner in the same room.

Its in a smaller chest, under a Canopy as the cave first has any forks. to your left a bit at that part

To clairify on giasine's comment, it is between the two sleeping cultists after the first bend in the Serpent's Coil cave. 61, 26. ^_~

This may be stupid but the previous quest of this one had the word Bloodmage in the title and it made me remember Dragon Age. The stranger is that this quest title had the word Allistar in it! (Allistar is one of the main characters of Dragon Age)

Looking for the amulet? Use the Bloodstone Teleporter to go back to the cave opening. Go inside, after the first turn you will see a little red pavilion where 2-3 thugs are resting. The amulet was inside a box under the pavilion. I hope you don't spend 30 minutes looking for it, like I did.

It is a brown box surrounded by 2 sleeping humanoids.It's best to kill them before clicking the box as they interrupt it if not killed.

Obtain the Amulet of Allistarj from the Serpent's Coil in the Blasted Lands.

	Amulet of Allistarj (1)

Description

To summon our demon, we need three amulets, and the first is the Amulet of Allistarj.

Allistarj himself is dead, but he locked his amulet up in a trove inside this very cave. Along with the other amulets, this relic will give us access to Razelikh's perch.

The amulet is close to the entrance. I recommend using the teleporter.
