5 around Bloodwash Shrine at 60.8, 74.7. Two more on either side of entrance to mine around 61,64. One right at entrance @ 61.89, 62.90. and many more inside mine. Make sure you have Neptool's Revenge quest as well when doing this!

If you spam click the idols you will get two destroyed when its actually only one, thus getting the quest done with only 4 idols.

Hunters can find the idols easily. When Track Humanoids is on, they show up as green dots named Bloodwash Idol Bunny. (I'm almost positive this is a bug.)

My issue is that I cannot attack the idols. Anyone got a similar problem?

My mage kills some naga, returns to Neptool, listens to his spiel.

My weapon? (My mage looks at her wand.) So you want me ... to stab things... with my wand? Right. Just making sure I understand. I'm a mage. I stab stuff. It's what I do.

Half way through this quest, I realised that I didn't actually care what gods the murlocs and the naga worshipped, and wondered why I was wasting so much time fighting for the bloody murlocs. After all, I'd been killing them a few levels back.

I focused on the beach, but it's probably easier to just go in the Bloodwash Caverns so you can easily complete Neptool's Revenge at the same time. Also, there aren't many idols on the beach, so you'll run out (like I did) before you can destroy all 8 & have to wait for them to rez, or just find them elsewhere. This quest takes place at the Red Reaches beach area, just SE of Sunveil Excursion in the Blasted Lands.

Upon completion, I received 11,250 XP & 85s.

For some reason Neptool is not there when I go to hand in quest. Is this bugged?

Description

Neptulon the Tidehunter is our god. He was the god of the Bloodwash, too, but they have turned their back on him, it seems. They now choose to worship only Azshara, their naga queen. You will see likenesses of Azshara littered around their settlements, carved out of seastone.

<The murloc spirit eyes your weapon.>

That weapon will do. Send it through their Azsh'ir idols. They need to be reminded that our father Neptulon is the only one who truly rules the seas.
