Bugged UI for this one. You will take on the body of a Naz'jar Battlemaiden and have some special abilities. I personally copy-pasted the macro:
/click BonusActionButton1
and put that right in my chat. Since the UI was bugged, I was unable to see anything, but I could type the macro into chat.

From what I have gathered, the abilities are:
1) Soul Strike- (15 Energy, 18 yd range, Instant) Deals 1567 to 2033 Shadow Damage to up to 3 targets and increasing the Battlemaiden's damage by 20%. The Battlemaiden gains 10% of the damage caused in health.

2) Impaling Pull (Unlimited Range)- Hurls your trident at a target and pulls them back to you, dealing 75686 Physical damage and taunting the target.

3) Vicious Charge- (30 Energy, 40yd Range, 6 sec CD)Charges at a target, dealing 7160 to 8840 Physical damage to any enemies in the Battlemaiden's path.

Where you turn in the quest and where Lady Naz'jar is considered as the GARDENS. The quest specifically states that the kills need to be in the TERRACE. Therefore, swim all the way up to the plateau and kill Pillagers and Plunderers. 30.62 as an example

The turn in for this quest - and the start of the next - is up high. So if you see the yellow ? mark on your minimap but all you see is empty ground, you have to swim up. And up. And up. And find a way around the ledge above your head.

I can't be the only one to notice it says "Nar'shola Terrance" in the description.
For those still doing a double take, spot the n in terrace.

Charge ability appears to be semi-functional at best. I've had some success deliberately getting on the same level prior to attempting to use it & getting enough of a run-up to go into fast-swim mode, but it's very touchy and doesn't work most of the time.

Thankfully you don't really seem to need it for this or any of the follow-on quests.

Found a bug in the charge ability, I'm a hunter and it wasn't working when I entered the vision with my pet on, even the pet not having the charge ability trained. Just dismissed it and it worked.
One of the best quest chains imo, it's awesome to be able to control a naga for a while, I hope to see them as a playable race on WoW someday =]

To deliver this quest you need to be mounted in the Naga-suit. If you do like i did relog you might loose this form, and have to run/swim back to the first step in this fight, and use to get the naga-form. Then look for the delivery ? on your map, and from ground floor, go up 1 floor.

If you can't find the NPC to turn in the quest try logging out and back in. You will probably be knocked out of you disguise, but you can just redo the first step of the quest to get your naga form back. It just worked for me.

Kill 16 Kvaldir on Nar'shola Terrace, the middle level of the ruins.

This task is part of a Naz'jar Battlemaiden vision. If needed, use the Blade of the Naz'jar Battlemaiden at a time focus to return to the vision.

Description

Fathom-Lord Zin'jatar has sent word that the Kvaldir leader has shown himself. I would like you to make your way to him at the far end of the terrace above us, on the middle level of the ruins: Nar'shola Terrace.

Kill any Kvaldir that stand in your path on that terrace. We want the echoes of this defeat to ring in their minds so that they will dare not return to threaten our purpose here.

Your devotion does not go unnoticed, my battlemaiden. Go knowing that you have my blessing.
