Around the ground you will find little shells called Spiralung, loot these and use them on the Survivors found around the Geysers.

If you find yourself without quests after you finish this, go back up to the shelf and look for a goblin quest giver near a bubbling fissure. He will give you one quest and after you finish it, you will get 3 more in the cave.

Make sure you actually READ the quest carefully or else you may find yourself trying to give the shells to the obvious choice, the "Nespirah Survivors" that completely surround the quest giver. This is incorrect.

As the quest says, you need to give the shells to the "Nespirah Survivors" that have NOT made it to the cave yet; and can be found near the "vents" outside the cave.

Typically Blizzard does not name non-quest targets the same as quest targets but in this case... they did. Maybe they should have called the ones caught outside "Stranded Nespirah Survivors"?

I found Captain Florence while doing this quest at 68,73. He's in a boat, so you have to swim all the way up to get him. He only dropped 2g36s for me. Kind of crap loot for a rare elite IMO. A lot of people say he gives great experience, but I got 0 exp for his kill. Odd. What a crappy rare.

If you have a hard finding the survivors, they are on the sea floor around Nesperah.

If you're having a hard time finding the shells like I was, try looking around 44,66. There are loads of them on the green coral looking outcrop and down the side of the cliff face there. I got all 8 within a minute that way. I didn't find any within the blue zone illuminated on the map.

Having been used to the little arrows indicating if certain things like quest turn-ins are up or down from your position, I had a hard time finding where to cash this one in. Go back into the cave and see the guy who gave you the quest, don't hunt where the question mark is - I went all the way to the surface just to find out I should have checked the quest giver first.

For this quest go to the marked area on the map (it's a higher platform than the quest givers).

Look around on the floor where you'll see seashells called "Spiralung". Click to pick them up.

Swim over to nearby "Nespirah Survivor"s and click on the shell to give it to them.

And yes you can collect multiple shells and hand them out all at once.

Description

A lot of the men haven't made it to the cave yet. It's a safe bet that they're stranded at the vents on the ridge above us.

We found some spiralung shells on the way here. They don't produce much air, but it was enough for us to make the cave.

I need to stay here to count heads and get them back on their feet as they arrive. Do me a favor - go collect those spiralung shells, get them to any of my men that are still up on the ridge, and give them a swift kick in the arse so that they get moving.
