Coordinates for the general are 30.90 , 49.09....nothing specific other than that.

As opposed to many other quests where you are required to obtain someone's head, you actually become a bit more civilized (as if decapitating someone is civilized) and place the Head of Skessesh in a bag instead of just carrying it around for all to see.

Party questers be wary. Not sure if this is a bug or not, but if you're in a party everyone will NOT be able to loot the General. You'll have to kill him more than once to each get the quest item. :|
