The manual you are looking for is green, all of the others do little goofy effects but will not give you the quest item.

This is part of a quest chain in which the player aids Kalecgos (the new blue dragon aspect) in finding Azuregos and protecting him from the black dragonflight. It spans much of the land of Azshara and is composed of many quests, several of which are completely original in their concepts.

It appears there is only ONE specific book that can give you the quest item, and that book is always in the same spot. The way to see what the right book is, is by simply moving your mouse over the book, and the tool tip will say:
Stolen Manual
Manual Labor
- Abjurer's Manual: 0/1

For those who suffer from seeing cubes in game for certain interact-able items, the correct book will be a cube instead of a book.

Amusing quest; each incorrect book has a little animation it does before despawning. So far I saw: a jet of fire, a beam of black light, a black clawed hand swiping out, and an eyeball on a stalk shooting a blue pulse beam. Once you pick up the correct book you can no longer poke at the others, so if you want to see all the animations, save the green book for last. :)

Apparently there's only one green book at 55.2, 25.1. Besides the other books have a different effect when you read then according with the color:

Blue - eyeball shooting a blue pulse beam
Red with brown pages - a jet of fire
Red with black pages - a beam of black light
Black - black clawed hand
White - a beam of white light

Face the ruins, taking the right side, run around to the back. On a ledge, on the left you will find the book.

Retrieve the Abjurer's Manual from the Lagash Encampment.

Description

The local demons seem to get quite a kick out of stealing all of our arcane manuals. I highly doubt most of them can even read, so they're probably doing it just to spite us.

I could care less about most of the books they've taken, but they took an Abjurer's Manual that I'm going to need if there's any hope of keeping apprentices like you alive amidst Xylem's "trials." Find the demons at the Lagash Encampment to the southeast and retrieve the Abjurer's Manual.
