This version of the quest is Horde only. Other there is a parallel Alliance one.

Its the guy with a (battleground) flag on his back. you've probably seen him before while killing ogres. he leads to reputation quests .

Coords for Lantresor of the Blade are 73,62
You just have to talk with him, and complete quest. After that he will give you 2-3 quests depending on lvl.

This quest is bugged in that if you listen to the tale of the Blademaster, accept the two quests he gives, then before you complete them cancel from your quest log, you can never get them again. Talking to Lantresor, you're flagged as having already listened to the tale, so he wont talk to you again, and you can't get the quests until... that's right, you hear the tale.

Ticket raised, will see what the outcome is.

I advise either completing the follow ons immediately or not accepting them.

If you are walking directly out of the cave, turn right and he is at (73.8,62.6)
He gives the following 2 followup quests after you talk to him:

Armaments for Deception
Ruthless Cunning

Beware, 2 ogres are next to him, but are easily solo'd. (I personally solo'd as a 64 Frost/Unholy DK.

If you're working on the Nagrand Slam achievement and can't find this quest The Impotent Leader to begin the series, try this, to pick up the quest line again.

Because I didn't read the quests, I missed the fact that this quest chain takes you out of Nagrand to Terokkar Forest and then back to Nagrand again.

You will find the NPC you need, Kilrath to progress this quest chain in Terokkar Forest at location 19.8, 60.8 (Tom Tom: /way Terokkar Forest 19.77, 60.85).
If you don't have a co-ordinate finder, he's on the far western side of the Terokkar Forest map directly above the first 'o' in Bleeding Hollow Ruins at the base of the hills and west of the 'y' shaped road intersection.

Speak to him and you can pick up the next quest in the chain Don't Kill the Fat One and continue.

Description

Kilrath sends news of the Boulderfist leader: He is an orc! An ancient orc that passed through the Dark Portal in the time of our fathers and has since returned to his homeland. I wish for you to track down this orc and try to convince him to pull back the Boulderfist ogres. He resides on an upper platform in the Burning Blade Ruins to the southeast near the border of Terokkar. Good luck, <name>!
