Almost felt sorry for the Titan Keeper...

Completed this last night with a group that was barely geared enough... we all ranged from 305 - 310, so it was a struggle. Here's what we did:

Tank held him at the edge facing the wall and we all stacked on him. When the light circle appeared, we would clear nearby rot but remain stacked. We ignored the spores entirely and focused all dps on the boss, then focus the blood adds when they appeared. It worked!

This seems counter-intuitive because the spores do a lot of damage, but it was actually easier to heal through and maintain dps on the boss.

On Mythic (and maybe others) make sure your group stacks on the Cleansing Light because it removes the stacks of Putrid Blood

Hi all

On This Dungeon WQ in The Underrot ( enter in underground on south from Heat of Darkness 52 66 ) You need to do 2 things:

- Kill Rotmaw He is located between 1st and 2nd boss is a big worm can stun for 30 sec and can hide underground.
- Kill Unbound Abomination is a last boss.

I done it on Mythic.

I got this on my 4-5th run of The Underrot on my DH.
I'd say it's same drop chance as the rank 3 recipes. Or it could be that it's (half + the drop rate of the rank 3 recipe).

Either way it was easy to obtain.

For all protection warriors having trouble staying alive, using Heroic Throw on the rotting spores which spawn are an instant kill and causes Victory rush to proc, allowing for a ludicrous amount of self healing.

People, please tell the dps to attack the boss, just had a party where two of them thought that you only had to attack the adds and never touch the boss since it absorbed damage. So remember: everyone must hit the boss to make it spawn the adds.

Trying to solo him at 60 on my alts. For some of my toons the last set of important adds are despawning immediately and I cannot kill him. Anyone else having this problem?

If you are farming the mount on mythic Underrot Crawg Harness and only care about defeating the last boss Unbound Abomination I found a cool trick to skip all the trash in the dungeon on any class. Mount up in the beginning of the dungeon, and ride your mount all the way to the end of the dungeon (don't worry if you pull many trash packs or get rooted for a few seconds, keep riding) where there is the wall with two Faceless Corruptors in front of it. Touch the wall with your mount and defeat the 2 Faceless Corruptors and you will be ported to the final boss Unbound Abomination without defeating any of the dungeon mobs (besides the 2 Faceless Corruptors I mentioned in front of the wall before the last boss).

This will save you a lot of precious time in your possibly many weeks of farming. Comfortable Rider's Barding is your friend as well (can be bought on the auction house mount equipment). Good luck!

Overview – The Unbound Abomination is protected by a [Blood Barrier] that absorbs all damage taken. As damage is absorbed, the abomination overflows with Blood Energy. Upon reaching 100 Blood Energy, several Blood Visages erupt from the abomination. Each Blood Visage shares a [Fatal Link] with the abomination that damages it when they die.
- Healers –
  [Putrid Blood] will quickly overrun the party if not dispelled.
- Tanks –
  Several Blood Visages spawn when the Unbound Abomination reaches 100 Blood Energy.
- Damage Dealers –
  The Unbound Abomination can only be damaged by killing Blood Visages.
  Titan Keeper Hezrel will aid players with [Cleansing Light] and [Purge Corruption]
Blood Barrier – The Unbound Abomination absorbs all damage taken, converting it into Blood Energy. Upon reaching full energy, all of the blood is consumed, creating several Blood Visages.
- Blood Visage
  - Fatal Link – When a Blood Visage dies, the link between it and the Unbound Abomination is severed, inflicting 17% of the abomination's maximum health.
Putrid Blood – The Unbound Abomination corrupts all players, inflicting 450489 Shadow damage every 4 sec for 12 sec. This effect stacks.
Vile Expulsion – The Unbound Abomination expels corruption towards a random player, inflicting 3603908 Shadow damage in a cone.
In addition, pockets of corruption are created, inflicting 7 Shadow damage to all players in the area.
- Rotting Spore – Pools of Vile Expulsion periodically coalesce into Rotting Spores that move towards players. Each spore inflicts 3603908 Shadow damage to any player it comes into contact with, instantly killing the spore.
  Whenever a Rotting Spore dies, a pool of Vile Expulsion is created at the spore's location.
Titan Keeper Hezrel – Titan keeper Hezrel fights to stop the Unbound Abomination.
- Holy Bolt – Titan Keeper Hezrel smites an enemy for Holy Damage.
- Cleansing Light – Titan Keeper Hezrel attempts to cleanse a player and their allies within 10 yards, removing Putrid Blood from them. In addition, this effect removes all Vile Expulsion within 10 yards.
- Purge Corruption – Titan Keeper Hezrel purges a Blood Visage, stunning it for 8 sec. This effect inflicts 10% damage every 1 sec and 245297 Holy damage when it expires.
