You'll know when a Irradiated Elemental has been hit by a Supercollider because it'll turn red, double its size, and change its name to Unstable Irradiated Elemental.

This will cause the elemental to double their health and since they'll take longer to kill, make sure to watch your stacks of Irradiated. Hitting 20 will instantly kill you!
