Oh, yay! I have been waiting for this ever since the males got theirs! My Druid is going to look so awesome.
Nice additions. I'm hoping they let us choose more that the one color males have for their body tattoos. Maybe a bright glowy silver tattoo like the ones Malfurion has?

Okay, good, but when are we getting bushy bodyhair options for male night elves? I'm still waiting for both normal/moderate body hair options, and more satyr-like bushy/furry bodyhair options for them. We've seen them in lots of concept art, come on, Blizz, you can do that :( Male night elves deserve more than fake chest hair (there is a tattoo called Owl or smth which resembles bodyhair a lil bit)
Body Tattoos? Those are Torso Tattoos.
Please blizz give us more tattoo colours! We really need more than just different shades of green and pink/red/purple.
Really hope they eventually give blood elves runic tattoos and scars, like they have on the BC box cover.

The Only thing that's missing for Night elves now is Azshara's blue skin color. I also hope they continue customization options for races which havent recieved any. Vulpera, Kul Tirans, etc. Great job wow team!
