We already know the new elite affixes on monsters. https://pbs.twimg.com/media/F082vleWIAAuQtI?format=jpg&name=largeBrutal Hearts give a Defensive Powers, and we've seen gameplay that they come from Brutal Monsters that put a Barrier on themselves and nearby allies (a Defensive power). We know the other three are Vicious, Devious, and Wrathful, presumably giving monsters an offense power in the case of vicious and a utility/control power in the case of devious. Hard to say what Wrathful will do, as Wrathful is described as a "Super Power".
Looks like that's a Malignant elite/boss and one of the Malignant Heart types is Devious, so... seems related?

There seems to some confusion. XD An affix refers to the powers MONSTERS get, not the malignant hearts. The names line up, so they're probably similar, but jeez, some of yall writing essays.Affixes = Frost Nova, Extra Health, Mortar, etc.
