I could not discover this no matter if I moved around/above/below the entrance to the dungeon, and entering the dungeon did not work either. I googled it and nothing came up but in general chat someone gave me the coordinates "36.36, 35.41" and going there I was able to discover this location for Pathfinder/Explore Hallowfall achievements.

In that first room you clear there is a clickable flame in the middle that i have only seen be clickable by paladins called Blessing of the Sacred Flame. It is a group buff once clicked and it gives "Damageing spells and abilities inflict additional Holy damage." Blessing of the Sacred Flame

Many of the dungeons have quests associated with them. Some of them are campaign quests, so you'll need to do the associated storyline to do them:
