Head to the area between Garadar and the Laughing Skull Ruins to find the best place for these mobs. You'll want to pick up and run Talbuk Master (part 2 - http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9858) to run simultaneously. Both mobs are located in this general area.

I found that the best spot for these is between 59, 69 and 60,77. It would be smart to do this quest to kill Talbuk Thorngrazer at the same time. http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9858

46.29, South of the Laughing Skull Rocks is about 10-15 Clefthoof bulls. Tho, bewarde of Ring of Blood questers who can gank you!

I found mine just on north side of the road 47,33 to 41,26. Talbuks #2 were there and also the elementals there dropped enrgaed crusher core (Eating Damnation). So I knocked out 2 full quests and half of a 3rd all in the same spot.

Keep an eye on the road, because the patrol comes through once in awhile.

Just go abit south of the quest giver and there are alot there with fast respon rate

i found many at 57,45. There were atleast 10 there and the respawn rate is pretty fast.

Pick up this quest and make sure you are on Talbuk Mastery(2 of 3 http://www.wowhead.com/?quest=9858) and head down to 56.6, 46.6(http://www.wowhead.com/?maps=3518:566466) There is a group of trees with quite a few Talbuk Thorngrazers(http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=17131) around them for the that mastery and just outside of those about eight Clefthoof Bulls(http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=17132) spawn for this mastery

You can easily pull the Clefthoofs close and kill them, as well as take out a few of the Talbuks at a time, in about 20-30 mins you can complete both mastery quests, and the best part about it is you don't have to worry about the wandering elementals! They don't pat close enough to the trees here to aggro, as long as you watch your pulls. Also, Hunter, Warlock, and other combat pets make sure you pull the Clefthoofs close enough, although i never had a Elemental attack from here that dosent say it wont happen.

As a skinner i would suggest this spot to ANY skinner, especially if you want to farm both Knothide AND Clefthoof leathers

another good place to get the bulls and the Talbuk Mastery (part 2) is south of Garadar.

As of patch 3.1 the number you need to kill has been reduced to 12. I would assume this holds true for all the others as well.

Quest count to kill is incorrect it is no longer 12 Clefthoof bulls it is now 30 for both hunting quests probably on each mastery quests why they raised it?

Kill 12 Clefthoof Bulls and then speak to Hemet Nesingwary at Nesingwary's Safari in Nagrand about your prowess.

You've proved to me that you can find and take down a regular clefthoof, but far more dangerous are the clefthoof bulls.

Bag yourself twelve of those. Then you can talk to me of your hunting prowess.

Look for them all along the middle region of Nagrand to the west and south.
