Completing this rewards us with a recipe for a cheaper feast (or simply another way to create a feast) for Season 1 DragonFlight. You can put the recipe on AH

Daily (It was NOT daily prior to Raid release), not linked to the achie.

I completed Grand Gourmet on the 13/12/22 - Below Athenas88 confirms its not linked to achie.

On 6/12/22 - First quest received related to Ruby feast - Posters around the city ask you to visit the Ruby feast. Followed by a quest or 2 to go somewhere and then collect some ingredients. No reknown level was hit prior so no prompt there.

Seems It was tied into when raid was released (albeit one quest was introducing you to the feast before). After this you should recieve a daily quest from Rumistraza to go somewhere collect an ingredient and come back. After 7 days you should get "What a long sweet trip its been". Below is my quest line order and dates :)

On 14/12/22 - another quest from Rumistraza - Wednesday EU reset day and raid release. First of the dailys.
On 15/12/22 - Another quest from Rumistraza
On 16/12/22 - Another quest from Rumistraza - Finest Fungi at the feast / Future-Fresh Fungi
On 17/12/22 - Another quest from Rumistraza - Azure Coast "Delights to Delve for"
on 18/12/22 - Another quest from Rumistraza - Hearts of Starch / Navigating the Leapmaize
on 19/12/22 - Another quest from Rumistraza - The eggs the thing / Anything But a Breeze
on 20/12/22 - Another quest from Rumistraza - What a Long sweet trip its been :)

several days have passed but no more quests, where do you get the follow-up quests after completing the first ones?

so not sure if it has anything to do with the quest line, but there is an achievement called "Great Gourmand of The Ruby Feast". Could be possibly tied to the quest? waiting on 5 more things to eat and then I'll let you know.

Just completed Great Gourmand of The Ruby Feast today and have completed all associated quests, and have tried to talk to Rumiastrasza to see if anything else happened, but nothing so far.
Will check again after the reset just in case it's a weekly thing after the achievement.
That, or it's bugged / not fully implemented.

Specialist Game Master Thrakdrar, at your service. I heard that you can't pick up the quest What a Long, Sweet Trip It's Been, so I checked into the situation for you.

I did a lot of checking through here, since providing hints and tips on quests is not something we can do in general, and it looks like this quest doesn't have any presence anywhere except on the Dragonflight beta version of the WoWhead website. There does not seem to be any information currently on if this quest is in the game, which means that there isn't any news on that front yet. Rumiastrasza gives a series of quests that seems to be gated by day, likely ending in What a Long, Sweet Trip It's Been and giving you Recipe: Hoard of Draconic Delicacies (confirmed by @Tompi3)

You unlock the quests by picking up The Ruby Feast! from a poster in Valdrakken. When you turn in that quest, she will give you the first quest leg (always seems to be the same for everyone). Each one sends you to some far-flung NPC in the isles, who then gives you more quests. Finish that NPC's quests, and return to Rumi. When you return the next day, she will give you the next quest leg (may not the same order for everybody; compare to @Tompi3 above). The quest legs after the first one all seem to be short in comparison.

Then, once you are done all seven quest legs, you should get What a Long, Sweet Trip It's Been.

There are some NPC quests that recommend a group, but I found them solo-able even as a healer (fistweaver monk).

You can eat each food that the quest legs reward you with to get Great Gourmand of The Ruby Feast; or you can eat the foods on the table next to Rumi and Morsel (the food on the table will match the quest rewards for the leg you are on).

Just got this quest, there are few more quests on the line between this and what others wrote already, maybe 2(?).

If you are confused what to do, check the chest (hoard) behind the swirling cauldron. Right of the dragon if you face her.

Finished the step that started with "The Sea Out West" 6 days ago, The same cook has been at the ruby enclave for me everyday since then, and I haven't gotten another quest in the chain.

So I have completed leg 3 of the chain, close to two weeks ago. I have had no further quests after that, I have used the /run commands and nothing weird shows up, I have completed the first 3 legs fully. It refuses to give me any sort of follow up.

I have seen a few reports so far on these quests not working correctly and all of those have been forwarded to our Development Team. Hopefully they will be able to further investigate things and, if an issue is confirmed, they can also give an update via some future hotfix or patch notes.

For now, the best thing to do is give things another go and submit a new Bug Report in-game if the quest is still not working. You can do that via the same window as where you open a GM Ticket from. The difference is that your report will go directly to the team that deals with bugs and game changes (Game Masters are not involved with that at all) and it will gather more details about your character and location as well. It may not seem much but for our Development Team that is vital info when investigating possible bugs in-game. :)

As of 2023-01-06 it seems to have resumed the rotation for me, I will update this the 7th with wether or not it has resumed or it was a one off.
Edit 3: 2023-01-07, I got next quest in chain. It is fixed.

Day 12...the feast still has not come...my hunger is immense and cannot be satiated by regular food. The delicacies provided by Chef Rumi and the other invited chefs are the only thing that will provide satisfaction. Please let me feast.

Edit: My feast is bugged. No further quests or food have shown up in nearly two weeks now, whereas other people in my guild at higher and lower renown levels have been able to progress and others also in the same boat as me. Blizz GM responded and said to submit a bug report, so not much progress there.

Searched all over the map like a dummy for only to find it right next to Rumiastrasaz and Chef Sungshin Ironpaw behind the large cooking pot in a chest.

If you find yourself stuck on this achievement and have stopped seeing quests appear in Valdrakken, and don't know what is going on - what may have happened is that you have failed to pick up one of the follow-up quests after turning in a main quest. I was stuck for a couple of months until I realized I failed to pick up a quest called Future-Fresh Fungi (which requires you to open the primalist future storyline to interact with the questgiver). I could not see the quest marker until I was close to the tent where the quest-giver is standing.

Completed all the quests (even ran the scripts in this WoWhead comment to confirm each one was flagged as 'true') and didn't get the recipe. Relogged and still no luck.

edit: I got the recipe today. Apparently you get the recipe on the next daily reset AFTER completing the quest chain.

If you get wrecked up and lose you way on leg 4 (Finest Fungi), there is no quest marker anywhere to pick back up. Just go into the Primalist Future portal (on the gold platform) and fly around a bit. The yellow dots for the fungi will show up on your mini-map. They are really small yellow things, take that yellow thing into close control and click the hand on it. Not your best breadcrum trail here Blizz.

The most important thing to note is that Chef Morsel is actually a duck on top of Rumiastrasza's head, and the Hoard of Draconic Delicacies recipe contains 3x Roast Duck Delight!
