Crazy lag from the world boss kept making me fall through the world when I tried to jump into the portal. Any kind of slowfall effect should give you enough time to not die from falling to your death.

Wait a few seconds after turning in the previous quest and Tal-Galan will appear a few yards away. Let Tal-Galan know you're ready, the portal will be opened, and jump in. After a few seconds, two mobs will attack. Kill them, grab the Primus' Sigil, wait for your stun to fade and click on the portal Tal-Galan left for you. It will take you to Keeper's Respite where Bolvar is to turn it in.

If you can't pick the quest for some reason, try relogging, that will make it appear.

Randomly get stunned by "Held in Place" for no reason at all. During the fight, after the fight, after the quest is over.

bugged out for me, I ran away from the area and came back and the quest didn't show up.

Solution: exit game, re-enter and it shows up

I present The Last Sigil Storyline part of Chains of Domination which is the criteria for Breaking the Chains. This Story line have 15 Quests. To start it You need to have 44 Renown.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Vault of Secrets	Start This Quest from Tal-Galan 63 25 and You need to see Him in 57 29.
2 Vengeance for Korthia	Slay 15 Mawsworn
3 The Knowledge Keepers	Rescue 5 Record Keeper no need key. 3 outside cave 2 inside cave.
4 Let the Anima Flow	Go to cave 60 32 and go down right and kill Xalvez the Collector.
5 Secrets of the Vault	Speak with Tal-Galan to hear the recording
6 The Anima Trail	Follow The Anima Trail ( white orbs ) to the next conduit 34 35.
7 Bone Tools	Collect 50 Anima-Infused Bones from mobs around.
8 Lost Records	Activate Matrix Beacon go to 39 42 console and use next to it Matrix Beacon after that follow Yellow circles on ground to pick up 3 Cracked Record, /way 36 34 /way 37 36 /way 38 40
9 Hooking Over	Travel to the floating island with a hookshot ( wait few sec Bonesmith Heirmir will create them ), then repair the anima conduit 19 39. During fixing slay Xorul the Insatiable.
10 To the Vault	Move to 47 39 and use Flayedwing Transporter to fly to Vault of Secrets.
11 Defending the Vault	Slay mobs until 100%
12 Keepers of Korthia	You need to rescue 3 NPC: Tal-Rahl 44 76, Tal-Yor 43 67 and Tal-Xuhl 56 71. return quets 50 74.
13 Into the Vault	Speak with Tal-Galan You will change location then Slay at the end Xalvez the Collector - From time to time You will get Collected O_o care with Your HP xD. After fight pick Up Sigil of the Primus gold Orb.
14 Untangling the Sigil	Speak with Highlord Bolvar Fordragon then go to Torgast to speak with Runecarver ( where You doing legenday items ) use last conversation option then will be Cinematic. After speak with The Primus to start Fight :D You will get all buffs :D kill mobs until Jailer will grab You xD another Cinematic. Reward Tome of Origins dont forget to use it :D.
15 The Primus Returns	Fly Back to Korthia to speak with The Primus. The Primus will leave echo in Torgast to skill make better legenday items. Finish quest to The Primus when He will get to corner. Reward Memories of Sunless Skies - But on in Maw and Korthia, 1 Renown and 100 Soul Cinders ( You need them for tier 5&6 upgrade for legendary items ).

Whenever I try to jump into the vault, I get the quest updated but also fall to my death instead of porting through.

EDIT: Relogging fixed this, not before 3-4 tries though.

Constantly getting stunned and the one mob absorbs everything you through at it.

You can use PVP trinket on the stun to remove it.

No. It looks terrible. And even in it's heyday it pales in comparison to the Nexus vault of the blue dragon flight.

One of the dumber things about this story (I thought it was really promising at first) is how Bolvar is all of a sudden the one they go to for help.

When this release first started Azeroth was just supposed to be an unimportant world, etc. Now we're the all wise ones and stupidly even protecting from the Jailer's forces (I mean really?).

This story reminds me of WoD. Started out promising and got stupid fast.

Extremely sad we can't re-enter the Vault of Secrets except for when we're in this quest :(

Did this questline in a group with my partner and we had a weird bug. I jumped in the vault and did the encounter before he did, but it didn't 'reset' for him. Just the corpses and the exit portal, no sigil when he dropped in. No prompting from Bolvar as if he completed the quest either. Ended up having a run-around to figure out how to get him back over there after dropping the quest and leaving the group (just to be safe) before it reset proper.

I have no idea if it did that because we didn't jump at the same time, or why it didn't reset for him once he did. Really frustrating, because at first we were worried about it soft-locking him from moving forward with the campaign.

Description

The destruction here is... overwhelming. <Tal-Galan quietly utters a prayer.> Anima flows into what remains of the vault. We should now be able to enter. Once inside, I will work on recovering the Primus's sigil. Please show reverence within the vault. It is a sacred place that few are allowed to see. Even the prophecies did not foretell that a living mortal would gaze upon the secrets within.
