To reach the Anima conduit you'll need interact with the Grapple Points.

To complete this quest you need to travel to the floating island with a hookshot, then repair the anima conduit.

First, interact to Grapple Point at /way 34.6 35.6 coordinates (next to the Bonesmith).
Now you can click on any grapple point on the floating islands. Use them to reach the quest mark.
This time you need to defeat Xorul the Insatiable while Bonesmith Helmir repairing the conduit. Then travel back to Tal-Galan

Quest seems to be bugged at the moment. Can not click on the Bonesmith to continue quest. Dropped\re-added quest, logged out and back in, disabled addons. Nothing worked

If you get a bug where Bonesmith is already interacting with the Anima Conduit, get invited to a new phase. Relogging and starting the quest new will not work.

Hi, friends. I fixed this bug by having a guildy invite me to a group on a different shard. It shouldn't have to be a guildy though so just try to have anyone on a different shard invite you until Bonesmith appears standing next to statue then you should be able to interact with him.

On the way over to repair the anima conduits, there are yellow dots on the minimap showing where the grapple points are. The grapple points are sort of teal-colored horns sticking up out of the ground. Click the grapple point in the distance, on the island you want to jump to.

Once the objective is complete, the yellow dot markers are gone. On the way back it is possible to choose the "wrong" set of grapple points and go to a more southerly point on the mainland, away from where you turn in the quest. Stick to the grapple points on the northern islands and you'll get back to where you turn in the quest.

Abandon quest, go to SW/Org turn on WM, go back accept quest, bug fixed.

Joined a world boss group while sitting there watching this idiot bugged NPC, Mor'geth ...then after being accepted left the group and it triggered the NPC to do her $%^&. finally complete.

Going back to turn WM on and reaccepting quest worked for me.

It was bugged so I abandoned the quest, went to SW, switched war mode on, and off again, relogged and went back to Korthia again, to finally complete the quest. You don't have to go back to Korthia with WM on.

All works well now, at least on my server Suramar. Was able to progress and get flying in Shadowlands.

I present The Last Sigil Storyline part of Chains of Domination which is the criteria for Breaking the Chains. This Story line have 15 Quests. To start it You need to have 44 Renown.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Vault of Secrets	Start This Quest from Tal-Galan 63 25 and You need to see Him in 57 29.
2 Vengeance for Korthia	Slay 15 Mawsworn
3 The Knowledge Keepers	Rescue 5 Record Keeper no need key. 3 outside cave 2 inside cave.
4 Let the Anima Flow	Go to cave 60 32 and go down right and kill Xalvez the Collector.
5 Secrets of the Vault	Speak with Tal-Galan to hear the recording
6 The Anima Trail	Follow The Anima Trail ( white orbs ) to the next conduit 34 35.
7 Bone Tools	Collect 50 Anima-Infused Bones from mobs around.
8 Lost Records	Activate Matrix Beacon go to 39 42 console and use next to it Matrix Beacon after that follow Yellow circles on ground to pick up 3 Cracked Record, /way 36 34 /way 37 36 /way 38 40
9 Hooking Over	Travel to the floating island with a hookshot ( wait few sec Bonesmith Heirmir will create them ), then repair the anima conduit 19 39. During fixing slay Xorul the Insatiable.
10 To the Vault	Move to 47 39 and use Flayedwing Transporter to fly to Vault of Secrets.
11 Defending the Vault	Slay mobs until 100%
12 Keepers of Korthia	You need to rescue 3 NPC: Tal-Rahl 44 76, Tal-Yor 43 67 and Tal-Xuhl 56 71. return quets 50 74.
13 Into the Vault	Speak with Tal-Galan You will change location then Slay at the end Xalvez the Collector - From time to time You will get Collected O_o care with Your HP xD. After fight pick Up Sigil of the Primus gold Orb.
14 Untangling the Sigil	Speak with Highlord Bolvar Fordragon then go to Torgast to speak with Runecarver ( where You doing legenday items ) use last conversation option then will be Cinematic. After speak with The Primus to start Fight :D You will get all buffs :D kill mobs until Jailer will grab You xD another Cinematic. Reward Tome of Origins dont forget to use it :D.
15 The Primus Returns	Fly Back to Korthia to speak with The Primus. The Primus will leave echo in Torgast to skill make better legenday items. Finish quest to The Primus when He will get to corner. Reward Memories of Sunless Skies - But on in Maw and Korthia, 1 Renown and 100 Soul Cinders ( You need them for tier 5&6 upgrade for legendary items ).

Clicked on the grapple point near me. Too close it said. Ran up the hill. Still too close. "Huh?" I thought.

Then saw another grapple point on the first island where matey had grappled off to. It looked way too far away, but tried it anyway and - wahey! Success!

Then I tried to defeat Xorul the Insatiable. Being a squishy 175 Sub Rogue I didn't even get close to defeating him.

The graveyard was back on Korthia, a good half mile away (1760 yards is a mile). After walking back to the place where the grappling can be done, I was no longer able to grapple to the next island. Nurk.

Wierdly I was now able - as a ghost - to grapple to the post right next to me, which of course achieved nothing other than a bit of dangling in the air next to where I was just standing. I tried to jump but ended up back at the graveyard, uttered a few bad words which caused my wife to raise an eyebrow, and took resurrection sickness.

My second walk back to the inital grapple point proved more successful and now I was able to grapple back across the islands again. Then it was a case of waiting ten minutes for the sickness to wear off.

As it happens, a feeble priest appeared to do the same quest when there two minutes of sickness left and I was hiding in shadows, hoping to be able to land a blow before Xorul died. The priest got him down to about 30% health by the time my sickness expired and we quickly polished him off. Hooray!

But the dying part was a real PITA. Maybe don't do this alone if you're as squishy as my Sub Rogue Twiddler.

If you died on the island while on this quest, there's literally no way of getting back unless you take rez sickness.

It seems like trying to cheese this quest by remaining in stealth without engaging Xorul the Insatiable is not viable because doing nothing doesn't give any quest progression. One have to fight the NPC to make progress. Too bad for squishy Rogues doing this alone.

When leaving the island after finishing this quest, there are two ways you can go via grappling hook from 25.44, 37.30. The upper hook at 29.81, 34.10 will take you eventually back to where the quest turn-in NPC's are located at Hope's Ascent (59.9, 35.65.) The lower hook at 28.04, 39.79 takes you over to the Estuary of Awakening (29.77, 44.25) where Relic Breaker Krelva lands after he's entered phase 3 of engagement.
