Is anyone else stuck on this quest? I've tried like 6 times as a 212 Outlaw Rogue, fully buffed with feast, spectral flask of power, and shadowcore oil and I'm not even close to getting him down. I can't proceed with the Domination Campaign (chapter 6). This is as of today's patch (39015).

Hi all

I present The Unseen Guests Storyline part of Chains of Domination which is the criteria for Breaking the Chains. This Story line have 12 Quests. To start it You need to have 50 Renown.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 Dreadlords!	Storyline starts from Baroness Vashj 60 27 and You need to speak with The Primus 62 26.
2 Dread Tidings	First Speak with Baroness Vashj in Revendreth 29 41. Then Use Mirror 29 43.
3 Convoy of the Covenants	First speak with Chelra the Bladewall 27 41 then go to 33 41 and use Prince Renathal's Carriage to ridde.
4 The Unseen Guests	Be prepared to be hit by the mirror xD. You will be move to other location after conversation
5 Nal'ragas	Go to 29 21 then move straight over the wall after every animation then at the end slay Nal'ragas
6 Spy vs Spy	Use Orb of Revelation to see Spyes ( they will have aura ) You need to kill 5 Dreadlord Infiltrator.
7 De-Infiltration	Jump on Navrataal to get to Sinfall.
8 Cryptograms	You need to slay 3 mobs to see them use Orb of Revelation. In Upper Sinfall You can find 2 and 1 on lower Sinfall Use mirror to get there.
9 The "Unwelcome" Guests	Press on 10 Infernal Cryptogram You can find them on walls around is more then 10 of them. Use Mirror to get to lower Sinfall.
10 The Power of a Crown	Use mirror to get to Lower Sinfall and move to 27 44 then move to 25 45
11 The Nathrezim	Follow The Stonewright to 22 45 Then Kill 2 mobs and after slay Mal'Ganis. Cinematic will start.
12 The Meaning of Wrath	Go back to The Primus in Korthia.

Would be funny to hear Kael'thas and Vashj's response to what Illidan is currently doing.

Also standing on a narrow wall or debris forces those twits to stack on you making it easier to get quest completion.

I just did this on my ilvl 194 Prot Paladin easily enough, but I can only imagine the hell this will be for my squishier and less geared alts.

Dunno who thought to make her insect plague thingy wouldn't be 'imunized', like with hunter's Turtle shield (it should at least REDUCE it's damage).

after many failures, try to get her out to the bridge area, and let Vashj do most of the work/damage while you run around. Then its just a matter of running away from the insects. Takes awhile, but sure faster than dying a bunch of times

Tough fight for ilvl 211 arcane mage. Found that pulling it out to the bridge, as recommended above, and using frost nova on insect swarm worked well- or whatever CC you have that can stop or slow the swarm. Blinks and time warp helped too when frost nova was on cool down. Died 3 times, but did it.

On an elemental shaman, I stayed on the bridge and kept as far away as I could. After dying numerous times, I alternated hitting 'insect plague' with totems when it spawned (cap totem and liquid magma totem both froze the plague in its place). I let the NPCs do all the damage.

I am squishy 209 Warlock. Just as I pulled him out of the building, about 5 Alliance showed up and began attacking him. I moved away from the insects and he was down in less than a minute. Without that luck of timing, pretty sure I would have been dead in another few minutes. They left so fast I didn't even have time to bow to them. If you have time, wait for someone else to show up so you don't have to solo.

Hits like a train (at least on leather - Outlaw Rogue 221 ilvl). Insect swarm is painful but very easy to stay out of while kiting until it disappears, stay out of range of the Leeching Cleave and use any stuns you have (e.g. kidney shot) and burn whilst stunned.

I tried this fight several times and died quite quickly. I then thought of a possible tactic, which seemed to be working quite well until a hordie turned up and we burned Nal'ragas down.

I was playing a hunter, but this should work for any class that can drop aggro. I started the fight, and then ran onto the bridge, where I feigned death. Vashj carried on fighting him, so it would appear to just be a case of keeping out of the way until the fight is over.

Why do we even get Kael'thas to follow us for this fight...?
Not like the clown actually DOES anything... and to be fair, Lady Vash'j doesn't exactly excel herself.

None of the abilities seem to be interruptible & that Insect Swarm moves (almost) as fast as you do, running away from it... a total nightmare of a fight.

Help! I completed the quest, was dropped off at Sinfall but am stuck. Tried to abandon it but now can't get it back and can't move on to De-Infiltration!

BEST EVER COMMENT IN WOWHEAD IN THE HISTORY OF THE GAME.......look for comment by rjb9521. (Thank you). Brilliant! Yes, just kite Nal'ragas onto the bridge, then let Baroness Vashj take care of him.
Just keep running around and staying outa trouble and YES that took no more than 4 minutes or so.
Gotta be honest ........ when Baroneess V got him down to 40K health, I did step in and delivered the coup de grace. (I'm an Arms Warrior. What did you expect? Sublety?).

If you mount up on a flying mount during Nal'ragas, Kael'thas Sunstrider will mount up on a spectral Ashes of Al'ar (that does leave pink trails)!

(Now I just need to roll a Blood Elf, level it all the way up to 60, get all the same armor as my Tauren is wearing now, and do this quest just so I can get a proper matching photo together :3)

Even with an elemental shaman that can drop an Earth Elemental that normally tanks everything, even it couldn't grab the aggro away from me with this one. So you really do need to keep moving and avoid the insect plague, since you can't rely on anything else pulling the aggro from you while you attack at range. I don't think that works here.

just did it as an Afflock L232 and fairly easy - even to stay out of the bugs. Lost very little health. Took about a minute or so.

Description

The Stonewright's medallion must not stay in the hands of the nathrezim. From what the Accuser explained of our mission, the medallion is required if we wish to forge a new sigil for the Venthyr. I have no doubt that is why Nal'ragas and her ilk executed their ambush now. The medallions are not subtle magic, and their affect on this realm is easily tracked. I suggest we give chase and eliminate this Nal'ragas before she can be reinforced.
