To complete this quest you need to use Mawsworn Chains to kill 6 Helsworn Soulbreakers.

To obtain Mawsworn Chains you need to defeat mobs within the quest area.
After looting Mawsworn Chains target any Helsworn Soulbreaker and use the chains to pull a mob down.
Helsworn Soulbreakers cant be confronted without the chains, dont waste time wandering around.

Hi all

I present An Army of Bone and Steel Storyline part of Chains of Domination which is the criteria for Breaking the Chains. This Story line have 10 Quests. To start it You need to have 47 Renown.

Quest Name:	Start and description
1 The Chains of Command	Start Quest from The Primus 62 26 and You need to go to Maw to see Baroness Draka 62 66.
2 Gates of the Damned	"You need to Summon 4 Death Gates. /way 67 65 Death Gate to Bastion in bulding /way 67 55 Death Gate to Ardenweald /way 62 51 Death Gate to Revendreth /way 66 49 Death Gate to Maldraxxus"
3 Weapon in Hand	Slay Weaponmaster Hyrev 62 56 to get Dra'gora.
4 Clip Their Wings	Use Mawsworn Chains to kill Flying Helsworn Soulbreaker. Mawsworn Chains is droping from mobs on ground.
5 A Job Done Right	Press on Necropolis Beacon 68 52 cinematic and use skill 1 ( don't press 6 xD ) kill mobs on ground until 100%.
6 Bending Bars	Slay Ironkeeper Salryx 65 48.
7 What Maldraxxus Does Best	Slay 10 Mawsworn in upper Desmotaeron. Use extra bar spell ( is taking a lot of dmg )
8 Forsworn and Forgotten	Pick Up This Quest from Fallen Disciple Nikolon 65 46 and is autofinish. You need to free 5 Forsworn Prisoner Use extra bar spell ( is taking a lot of dmg ).
9 A Traitor's Due	Slay Baron Vyraz 62 41 after kill cinematic will start.
10 Victory in Our Name	Return to The Primus at Korthia. Use Death Gate to Korthia 61 40 to get there faster. After finish this quest you will get 1 Renown and 2 Ziggurat Focusing Crystal.

The soulbreakers are flying around above you

You need to kill the elite mobs in the area, they'll drop the chains that you can use on the Soulbreakers flying overhead to bring them down to you.

Best spot I found to pull these down without extra mobs on you is a platform @ 68,53

Kill mobs with 140K health to get (randomly) items to kill mobs with 250K health. Awful design.

In this quest you have to kill a large number of LFR target dummies in order to get items that allow you to attack and kill Heroic Target dummies, while you carry DPS who do almost zero damage, despite being figures of mythic strength, all while you move through an area filled with wandering elite mobs who snare and slow you while you look for cave entrances on a 3D map. Enjoy!

if you, like me, have done this enough you dont care to do it again... fear not!

Just dont complete this set of quests with Thrall and his mammy - and get free help in this worst of the worse places in the maw forever :)

ETA: CLIP THEIR WINGS and GATES OF THE DAMNED are the quests

This was annoying, so I'm adding a comment.

So a lot of the elite mobs and monsters are listed as the ones you are supposed to chain/kill, but nothing happended when I tried.
I tried to chain the flying elite mobs close by too, but nothing happened.

The solution is to chain any of the flying elite mobs that are out of range from your spells, enemies that you can't really attack without the chain.

To sum up. Ignore everything else than the flying mobs, all though you get the chains from the listed elite mobs.

Description

The skies are dark with Helya's kyrian followers. If we do not thin their numbers, Zerekriss and our aerial allies may have difficulties pushing forward. I've noticed that the Mawsworn often use magical chains. We could turn their equipment against them and tear them down from the sky.
