In order to begin this questline, you must first:

Have the Battle for Azeroth expansion
Complete the Secrets in the Sands questline.
~~Reach exalted reputation with the Voldunai~~ (No Longer Required as of 9.0.1)

This quest is part of a chain of quests that unlock the Vulpera allied race for the Horde. The questline consists of 25 different quests but doesn't take a significant amount of time to complete (around 1 hour with BFA flying). Upon completion, you will unlock the Vulpera allied race, receive the Caravan Hyena mount, the Nomi's Vintage toy, as well as earn the achievement, Allied Races: Vulpera (Hidden Character Achievement). Although it consists of 25 quests, many of the quests can be accepted/completed at the same time.

Fermented for the Horde

Collect the needed ingredients to create a wine worthy of the Horde.

Description

Vintner Iltheux's recipe doesn't need much improvement. Some unique ingredients and slight modifications to the winemaking process is all that's needed. I'm thinking adding fermented firebloom should do the trick. Then, filter it though a special cloth made from silkwing fibers. There are plenty of silkwings roaming the vineyard, and I have no doubt that Boss Mida can acquire the flowers, for a price.
