Take the huge stairs up to the north. And the easiest option is to go up 1 more lvl. Turn left and jump down right next to the Gong.
Other option is to take only 1 level up, turn left and follow the road.
It iwll summon Gahz'ragon. Kill it and collect tongues

To complete the quest you have to loot Tongue of Gahz'ragon from Gahz'ragon.
Follow the central starts up and turn left to the wing where Sandfury trolls are.
There's a big gong at 56.9 53.5 spot, ust it to summon Gahz'ragon.

No special mallet from the Hinterlands required to summon this one ;)

It is best to kill all the mobs around the gong before you ring it. That way you only fight the Gahz without getting swarmed.

Interrupt the heal and move out of the green poison spots on the ground and its an easy kill.

Description

De Sandfury tribe may have had a hand in some crime around here, but it is really their false belief system dat makes dem do dis sort of thing. Enter Tal'farrak, bang de gong within, and face de hydra dey keep as a sacred pet.
