I abandoned this quest and cannot find how to get it again.

I didn't do any of the Essence quests from the Dreamway and I still completed the Order Hall Campaign and got the third artifact relic slot, skin and Archdruid title. I don't think these are required.

When you're done, turn this quest in at Remulos in the Druid Order Hall, NOT back at the rock where you accepted the quest.

You have to join a group to Neltharion's Lair. Normal, heroic or mythic are all okay. Essence of Tenacity drops from Rokmora - it is the first boss of the instance, but dont leave as you got Essence of Tenacity, keep in mind that you also have to defeat Dargrul - the last boss too, so you have to do a full run.
