I believe this quest is supposed to proc at level 103, However I have yet to see this quest at all and I am level 110. I already did the quests to unlock the treant troops and the first set of 2 champions however I still do not see this. Is it a error?

My problem is that I can't assign champions to the mission because I still only have 2 Champions. I've searched all over the place in Wowhead and, although there is lots of information about the quests, there is no information on the quest chains required to get the additional champions.

I found that I needed to finish the story line (very short one, fortunately) that starts with Grip of Nightmare and is followed by Tracking the Enemy
After that I was able to come back, receive my reward and only after that I was able to see the following quests.

Description

There is still so much that we don't know about the Nightmare.

Before we can fight it, we must understand how it spreads.

Let us send our champions to the roots of Shaladrassil in Val'sharah, and ask them to bring back samples to study.
