Suramar:
Portal at Felsoul Hold is located at 31.0 85.1 ~~(you probably have to complete the "Breaking the Lightbreaker" questline, starts from Lyana Darksorrow)~~
Fel Engine Injector is aboard the Lightbreaker, same floor where you port up at 33.8 73.5
Soul Configuration Matrix is outside at 34.7 67.8

Azsuna:
Portal at Faronaar is at 26.8 49.0, up the hill near the 4 legion elite casters.
Fel Engine Ignition is aboard the Soulrender, at the lower floor coords 28.5 52.1, beware of Inquisitor Tivos that wait in front of the quest item, it can be annoying expecially if there is its world quest active when it get buffed, if that's the case just use Imprison and loot the item after clearing other hostile NPCs nearby.
Vile Spirit Converter can be found outside at 32.4 53.7

I have to clarify:
Legion Portal in Azsuna is NOT between the 4 elite Legion casters, it's on the higher corner of that place, when you run around to the outer side, you'll see it on your minimap.

You have to visit two demonic camps and find there four items:
Faronaar, Azsuna:

Fel Engine Ignition located at 28.5 52.2 point, you have to pass through portal at 26.8 49.1, run down the stairs, there'll be a room with Inquisitor Tivos, quest item is behind him (Altar)
Vile Spirit Converter located at 32.5 53.8 point, in Soul Engine: Apocalypse building, first floor on central reactor

Felsoul Hold, Suramar:

Fel Engine Injector located at 33.7 73.5 point, there's a potral at 31.3 84.0, in the building. Pass through, quest item is in northeast room.
Soul Configuration Matrix located at 34.7 67.7 point, first floor of demonic building, next to reactor in the center of room.

PS - DON'T try to take the Fel Soul Hold Portal in Meredil! You are looking for the one in the SW corner of the Felsoul Hold area.

Quest Fire!, as well as Deadlier Warglaives, is needed for Demon Hunter Class Hall campaign in order to get a quest Jump-Capable.

Since the Demon Hunter Order Hall is near Dalaran, I chose to head to Suramar first because it was CLOSER

The ENTRY of building for Portal in Felsoul Hold is at

/way Suramar 31.4, 83.6 ENTRY of Bldg w/ Portal

If you approach the entry while travelling SW, you can see the portal INSIDE the building.
After taking the portal, you can see the Fel Engine Injector straight ahead.

Portal back down to lower level, exit the building, and head NNE for the Vile Spirit Converter.
If you are headed NNE on approach, you will see a Cauldron inside building, and the
item is on the left side of the cauldron:

Next, head WEST to the portal in The Pits of Despair, Azsuna:

After going downstairs to get the Fel Engine Ignition, my preference is to run back upstairs and
fly from the "balcony" to the TOP of the building at

And, finally, make a short, quick flight to the Cauldron on the ground floor of other building.
In this case, the item is on the BACK Left of the caudron rather than the left side.

Description

While it is true that the Fel Hammer is powered, sadly, its jump engines are non-functional. If we are going to invade a demon world, we're going to have to make the command center jump-capable. We need some replacement parts. Luckily for us, the Legion brought a couple of command centers and soul engines along with them to the Broken Isles. You will find them at Faronaar in Azsuna, and at Felsoul Hold in Suramar.
