Vial of Felsoul Blood have low drop rate, so it will take some time. 10-20 mins

It is pretty much the last quest of legion inscription. At least it is the only one that needs 110 level.

Grab some ammo, hop in a Fel Cannon and shoot bats till the ground is littered with their corpses. It's by far the fastest way to farm the blood.

i got rank2 and rank3 pre-legion time on my hunter. was curious about them and just got them. back then they were obtainable by paying gold. seems now things are changed. but well, gl to all getting rank3. its not easy of course.

Another low drop quest. While using the cannon is a good idea you have the rng part of getting the ammunition and then fighting off the basilisks (who even though they are demons weirdly never drop blood) for your loot.

Once you get all 25 you combine them with 1 Blood of Sargeras

Go to Felsoul Hold area, you can go there from Felblaze Ingress fly master in Azsuna, or through portal inside Thslyssra's shelter, if you have opened it.
There are two ways to do this quest:

You can just kill mobs across the Hold, it takes much time to collect all 25 vials
Loot Legion Ammunition from small demons next to fel cannons and take your place inside any cannon. Shoot down felbats and loot them.
Dont forget to obtain one Blood of Sargeras to craft Felsoul Ink

For those with a ranged attack go to

/way 29.0 68.1

in Felsoul Hold. There will be a Withering Captive and a Soul Harvest on the cliff. Wait a couple of seconds and a demon bat will come close enough for you to target them, kill them and grab the loot from them. Make sure to pull them onto the cliff, before killing then. Took me (a DH Havoc) about 8 minutes to collect 25 blood. Not 100% drop, but very close.

a further annoyance of this quest is that the blood of sargeras must be in you inventory, stupid game engine won't count the ones kept in the reagent bank

At high level, go to the Lightbreaker's lower deck (33,75). There's a reasonably high respawn rate there, plus a chest.

Demon Ink

Collect 25 Vials of Felsoul Blood and 1 Blood of Sargeras, then mix them into Felsoul Ink.

Description

These sigils would make for a fantastic new tarot card. Quite powerful, in fact. We simply require an ink sturdy enough to inscribe them.

Fortunately, I have students like you that excel at fetching hard-to-get items.

For this project, I require ink mixed from demonic blood. The blood of the demons at Felsoul Hold will serve as a suitable base. You will also need Blood of Sargeras, of course.
