Get Your Mix On is the quest to learn Legion Alchemist, increasing your max skill to 800 and allowing you to work on new Legion Alchemy items. To complete it, simply learn and craft 3 potions - as described below.

You pick up this quest (and turn it in once complete) from Deucus Valdera in the Agronomical Apothecary at (41,33) in the Magus Commerce Exchange in Dalaran.

It requires you to make 3 elixirs:

As you don't know these yet, simply walk over a few steps to Patricia Egan to purchase and learn the following recipes she sells:

Recipe: Ancient Healing Potion (Rank 1)
Recipe: Ancient Mana Potion (Rank 1)
Recipe: Ancient Rejuvenation Potion (Rank 1)
Recipe: Ancient Healing Potion (Rank 2)

A note about recipe ranks: Rank 1 recipes must be crafted at the Dalaran Alchemy Station, which is inside the Agronomical Apothecary in Dalaran. Once you have learned Rank 1 of a recipe, you have the ability to learn Rank 2 of the same recipes (these are obtained in various ways - vendors, quests, etc.) A Rank 2 recipe produces the same potion/elixir, for the same materials, but DOES NOT require the Dalaran Alchemy Station.

The raw materials you will need to craft the elixirs for this quest are as follows:

NOTE: You CAN use the Ancient Healing Potion and Ancient Mana Potion that you craft to make the third potion - Ancient Rejuvenation Potion. It will still give you credit for having crafted all 3.

Although this is one of the first quests you get in Legion, you won't be able to complete it until you've been to the new zones and picked some herbs there.

To craft Ancient Healing Potion you have to learn Recipe: Ancient Healing Potion recipe.
To craft Ancient Mana Potion you have to learn Recipe: Ancient Mana Potion recipe.
To craft Ancient Rejuvenation Potion you have to learn Recipe: Ancient Rejuvenation Potion recipe.

All three recipes can be purchased from Patricia Egan standing next to a wall. She also sells Crystal Vial. Yseralline Seed can be harvested from herbs across Broken Isles. Buy it at AH or ask for if you have no Herbalism.
When you got all you need, use Dalaran Alchemy Station (a desk where Deucus stays at) to craft potions.

Craft Ancient Healing Potion and Ancient Mana Potion, then craft Ancient Rejuvenation Potion.

There are many alchemy profession quests in Legion, 32 total, check out under the spolier, if missed something. You also need to be at least 800 in Alchemy to learn the final quest reward — Recipe: Spirit Cauldron, all others can be crafted with any skill progress.

Perhaps this goes without saying, but you must be in the NEW (Legion) Dalaran, the one floating over Karazhan, to find the right apothecary shop. If you go into the one in the Northrend Dalaran, the NPC you're looking for will not be there.

I'd only taken about six Alchemists through Legion but on the seventh (on yet a different server), I ran into a problem. Patricia Egan wouldn't sell the recipes to my seventh Alchemist because she was only 99, not 100. No big deal but is this a new thing? Maybe all the others were 100. I never noticed.
