Note: This quest is kind of a waste of time - see last paragraph.

Quest was given just inside the garrison's town hall by Renzik "The Shiv" where a daily questgiver stands each day.

Went to Ring of Blood in northern Nagrand, tried talking to Gurgthock, he said "You'll have to hold on a minute, pal. I can't start the next fight until this one's finished." Waited until fight in the ring was done, clicked on him again, chose "I seek the seeker". A fight started in the ring between Nullifier Darkoor and another player (a hunter and his bodyguard, who were soloing him just fine). I joined the fight, helped kill Nullifier, and got credit for completing the quest.

I was not in a group with anyone. If other players are around the ring of blood, I think they can help out, whether they're on the quest or not, so you may not need a group. Nullifier seemed soloable anyways, depending a bit on class/spec and gear. If you do have trouble, I'd try making a group in Group Finder, Premade Groups, Questing, and type the "nullifier darkdoor ring of blood quest" in the title or something.

There was no follow-up quest. Hearth back to garrison, turn it in to Bodrick Grey (Alliance) or Rokhan (Horde).

In the past, this quest opened up the bounty follower mission , which would reward a Tome of Knowledge, but a February 27, 2015 hotfix removed all bounty missions, making this quest somewhat of a waste of time. This wowhead guide to Garrison Town Hall dailies currently lists daily quests which used to unlock other bounty missions, as well as relic missions, which have also been removed.

There are two versions (per faction) of this quest with identical objectives/rewards:
Death to Nullifier Darkoor! (H) - Version A
Death to Nullifier Darkoor! (H) - Version B

Version A is only provided if you do *not* have the title , earned by completing the Ring of Blood Garrison Campaign questline ending with The Champion of Blood. If that quest has been completed, Version B will be provided.

Nobody was around to make up a party, so I thought I would try to solo him with a 100 prot warrior. I elected to try using the Talaari Siege Engine and it worked. You do get credit for killing him. It simply took a long time to whittle him down. Avoid the green AOE stuff when he casts it. I found the best tactic was to keep my distance and just hit him with rocket after rocket after rocket. As I said, it took a while, but if you are stuck with having to solo him, this should work no matter what class you are.

Below is a list of the garrison Bounty quests. These are obtained from visitors to your garrison - each day you have a 1 in 5 chance of getting a Bounty quest NPC. Other possibilities for visitors include Harrison Jones, a trade vendor, a dungeon quest NPC, or a raid quest NPC. The bounty quest NPC is Shadow Hunter Ty'jin (Horde) or Renzik "The Shiv" (Alliance).

You can visit the garrison of friends who have the bounty quest NPC to get the quests (or use the group finder if people have been kind enough to list groups with this NPC).

Bloody Stack of Invitations has a chance to drop from the mini-bosses that are the target of the daily Bounty quest. This includes Tremor, Undertow, etc. as per the chart above. When it drops, only a single Bloody Stack of Invitations drops per group (rather than for every group member). However, the 3 Ring of Blood Invitation inside can be distributed by the person receiving the stack.

Each of the Bloody Stack of Invitations contains 3 Ring of Blood Invitation. The Ring of Blood Invitations are BoE and can be sold or traded on the Auction House.

The Ring of Blood Invitation initiates a quest (The World Famous Ring of Blood!) that involves killing 5 opponents in the Ring of Blood, and rewards Mogor's Cache, containing gold, Apexis Crystals, and follower upgrade tokens/follower armor sets.

So when Mogor says, "Hm, not bad. Take your prize from my coffer...", there is nothing to click or get, right? I don't see any coffer. PS: Mogor as Lord of the Ring seems a punny reference to the Lord of the Rings...

WoW meets bullet hell, again (the first time being the Ikaruga-like Twin Val'kyr fight from Wrath).

As dbratton said earlier, avoid the aoe swing, but if you have to get hit by either the swing or an orb, eat the swing -- that's ~25k damage, compared to ~85k to you + 5 seconds magical immunity for Darkoor from hitting an orb.

In short, it's a slightly more annoying 3D version of Eternal Meek (but without the 12-second time limit, thankfully).

This was trivial to solo as an ilvl 675 shadow priest.

If you're good, you shouldn't take any damage the entire fight.

There are only two mechanics:
1) He runs aimlessly around and randomly casts a 180° frontal cone attack with about a 25 yard range.
2) He summons bunches of demonic eyeballs that very slowly float around. Occasionally all the eyeballs will despawn and the arena will be clear for a few seconds before he resummons them.

I have the garrison outpost that gives me a wolf I can ride in combat. It helped, but wasn't critical.

Also, my mage bodyguard took basically no damage and helped take him down faster.

ok!
there is an other way to solo defeat Darkoor ;
it happened to me wile i was trying to solo it; no need to tell about the fight , what is importand is the method:
first take with you a bodyguard
-take the quest and spek with the little annoying goblin to start the battle
-when Darkoor appear go and strike until he begin his spell
-then, to avoid the green pools and the eyes, simply get out of the inner arena and stay at his edge; you will see that Vivianne alone will dps Darkoor by staying in one spot in wich she cannot be damaged;
i don't know how this battle will be with another type of bodyguard but i assume that Vivianne, beeyng a mage she don't need to change possition very often !; when Darkoor reaches 10% of his life i Dps him to finish the job quickly!
of course you need patience; after defeating this boss i turned the quest in!
