Inside the Tomb of Elements is great fun. It's full of booby traps in certain areas, pay attention to the paving stones that you walk on, the ones which have images on them of elements (Air, Fire and Lightning)

The fire paving stone will go on fire, causing damage to you.
The air paving stone will knock you back giving you some slight damage.
The lightning paving stone will crackle with electricity.
There is also one other to look out for, which has 3 arrows on it. If you step on that one the sidewalls shoot fire out of them.

As you enter the tomb be aware of the stone tiles with patterns, they will harm you in some way.

Once in the tomb you will access a container, upon access the two stone lions on either side will attack. Once you have dispatched them you need to walk near the guardian. He will then attack.
Upon killing the guardian travel further into the next room to locate the tablet.

If you're having trouble finding the Tomb you need, from the location of the last quest, simply follow the path north. The path will turn sharply downhill and curve right until you come to an entrance southwest into the mountain.

To find the entrance, walk out of the tomb and go straight, right down the slope. Once you're at the bottom, hang a left, and you'll be right at the tomb's entrance.

PRIESTS can levitate over the floor traps without activating them. Just pick an open square to deal with the npc's. As soon as you assemble the tablet call for Lorewalker Cho - you will need to pick up a map on your way out from one of the warriors. Warriors do a knock-back so try to keep your back to a wall to minimize problems.

I dropped this quest because I didn't have sound on and once cinematics start you can't turn on sound. Quest item disappeared from bags, rather than resetting and I couldn't see other's Chos, so now I have to figure out how to retake this quest.

From GM Response to my ticket for this: Go back to the Entrance of the Valley of the Emperors and speak to Mishi. She will give you another one. And she did! Mishi is at 58,49 in the Valley of Emperors, Kun-Lai Summit.

This quest is deceiving. In reality you want to go up the steps. Then take the middle path (it splits to three, stairs on the left from last quest, middle path - the one you want, and right path) assuming you are starting from the landing area where Mishi took you.

Terracotta Gladiatiors will jump out from certain spots to fight them. Once you get to 58.6, 72.7 open up the chest. Gear icon in the minimap. Two guardians will spawn, defeat them and move forward. You will find the broken tablet in the next room to the right.

There are images on the ground, they are actual traps. Don't step on them. If you can stealth you can avoid the arrow traps that also activate.

Keep in mind you can use the Tongue of Bo-Shan right when you exit

Ok I know where the entrance is my problem is I abandoned the chain at this quest and now I can not find where or how to start it back up at this quest.

If you abandoned any part of The Thunder King questline and cant get the quests back, talk with Mishi in the Valley of the Emperors. He'll find the trinket you need to get back on track.

At 57, 48 just past the Kun-Lai Summit you enter the Valley of the Emperors. First into a courtyard with a table in the middle, then up the stairs behind the table to a second courtyard. To the right is the Temple of Shadows, to the left (directly in front of you as you leave the Temple of Shadows) is a decayed stairs up. Go up these stairs. Go past the Tomb of Secrets on your left. At the next path junction go right, past the Shrine of the Merciless One (on left, looks like a cave). The path will curve down to the right and take you right to the entrance to the Tomb of the Conquerors.

Right now (5.0.4), you can safely finish one quest, call Cho and accept the next quest in the chain without being mobbed. They don't seem to aggro immediately when they spawn, so you can safely stand in one place for a few seconds while you deal with taking the next quest.

If you, like me, dropped this quest while leveling and now want to finish it for the achieve but cant figure out how to pick the quest back up?

Walk into the tomb up the steps from the table where you initially picked this up and you will automatically accept the quest and get the tongue of bashon on your bag :)

Hi does any1 know, if you hand this "Q" in, can you still tame 1 of the purple Quilens, (when someone else starts the "Q") or do they phase out on completion.

I found where to go but I can't click or do anything. I don't know what I'm missing but something isn't working for me. I tried abandoning it then getting it again but still nothing.

This quest seems bugged at the moment. I fought my way down to the tomb of the conquerors, obtained the bottom fragment, summoned loremaster cho and couldn't turn the quest in. The quest mark over cho's head was still grey. I abandoned the quest, trekked all the way to mishi, got the tongue, summoned cho and retook the quest. Then I fought my way back down to the tomb, obtained the fragment once more and still couldn't turn the piece in.

Am I missing something?

To confirm the location of this tomb...

If you are where you took the quest (57:48), head past the tormented spirits to the steps. When lingering outside of a tomb and at the bottom of the long stairs, there will be two paths ahead of you. Take the left path and you will soon come to the Tomb of Conquerors

Beware the Tomb Guardian and Terracotta Champion on your travels!

There are some nice little traps in the tomb too, enjoy! :)

If you happen to loose your The Tongue of Ba-Shon Item to call Loremaster Cho, as i did, you can go to him at 43,51 on top of the summit he will give you another one :)

Description

Our only hope is to find the Thunder King's remains before they do. He must be buried within the Tomb of Conquerors.

Getting to his remains will not be easy, <name>. The tomb will no doubt be defended by guardians and other unfriendly surprises intended to ward off thieves.

Once inside we will need to figure out where his remains have actually been placed.
