This guy did not want me to find him. On the northside of the mountain where he is located on the map, there are a couple huts. There is a path that goes up the hill behind that spot. And there he is, hiding under my nose :-)

Go up the hill to the right of the two huts & Mo Mo is in a tiny cave at 48.2,72.8.

Mo Mo is located in a small cave in the Broketooth outpost behind two huts (this area is between Kota Basecamp and the cave north from Westwind Rest). To get here, you must travel from the road north from this area. He's not in a large cave.

For me there was a small chest in Mo Mo's hut called Mo Mo's Treasure, it had ~9g in it.
Might as well loot it.

When I got this quest from Brother Trailcenter (as per Zygor) when ever I killed Momo I did not get the luckydo.

So I saved Brother Rabbitfoot that was near the two huts.

I abandoned the quest and picked it up from Brother Rabbitfoot (not Trailcenter) and then it worked

I found Momo okay - and was able to loot the Rabbitfoot's Luckydo, however, I cannot find the npc to turn in the quest to. The map shows the "?", Brother Rabbitsfoot does not appear however.

This was found later - the turn in shows up at both the Kota Basecamp AND The Burlap Waystation, the nps is at the Waystation only.

I found him upside down from a tree branch at /way 49 70, after completing the The Burlap Trail: To Burlap Waystation quest.

Description

They took my luckydo! Their leader hozen here, Mo Mo, stole my rabbitsfoot.

This is most bad fortune for grummles. My rabbitsfoot is a big luckydo for grummles everywhere. If hozen learn how to get luck from my rabbitsfoot then all is lost.
