I found that I didn't have the focus bar, but when I spammed the button it worked as eventually I would hit it with the bar high... even without being able to see it.

If you by any case have issues with your addons and the meter that is supposed to be shown, you can use this script to tell you when you strike:

Paste it in the chat when you are in the "vehicle", it automatically stops when you aren't anymore, you have to paste again in case you exit and enter it again.

You must complete the quest Tenderpaw By Name, Tender Paw By Reputation from Lin Tenderpaw first before this quest will become available.
