Be warned: If you mount while a raptor is eating your face, it will drop the raptor, and you will have to gather it again.

When you collect the raptors from the cages around The Secret Lab you get a buff called Babysitting Raptors that stacks up to 5. The buff has a flavor text that says "One or more baby raptors are attempting to eat your face." When you get all 5 stacks, return to Subject Nine and the baby raptors should automatically fly off of you and you should be able to hand in the quest. Be warned that you will lose the buff (and the baby raptors) if you mount up.

Awesome glitch I found.

If you open a cage, and immediately start mounting your Mechano-Hog, the Baby Raptor will jump into the sidecar instead of your face!

BTW.... after gathering all the baby raptors with your face, you can run to Orgrimmar clear to the Valley of Strength and they don't go away so long as you don't mount up, log out, or click the buff they stay on you.

So there you are standing at the Auction House with 5 baby raptors eating your face while everyone stands around laughing at your pain.

Added: If you /dance while they're on you, it looks like you're swatting at them in futility trying to get them off. Very funny quest.

Finishing this quest had my imagination running wild... what if Nine makes it to another planet? What if that planet happens to be Draenor? If the rumors are true that the next expansion will be a "cataclysm" to the Outlands... we could get a new raptor faction! :D

When you turn it in to Subject Nine, blood squirting from your baby raptor wounds, she says, "My sweet, adorable progeny!" and your character literally screams in frustration (while IRL you rofl).

I unleashed the baby raptors while I was in druid flight form and they made it impossible to fly in the correct direction, since they were crawling all over my face. This quest is hilariously awesome.

For those of us that can (more than) sometimes be hideously clueless, the buff (or debuff) you get when you pick up a baby raptor says "one or more baby raptors."

Which means you can run around and collect all 5 required raptors and then deliver them all at the same time, rather than making the run up the hill 5 different times.

You'll lose the raptors if you mount up, but it's fine to use speed increases. Remember there's a path to the southwest of the "hole", leading straight to the quest giver

The only downside to this gorgeous quest is that if you are in a party, Subject Nine has to go through her entire rocket schtick before the next person can turn it in.

Release five Experimental Raptors from their cages in the Secret Lab and deliver them to the rocket beside Subject Nine.

Description

Shortly after my intellect was augmented, I bred with Subject Four in order to create a unique race of cognitively superior raptors. Subsequently, Subject Four neither called nor wrote: I have determined to disembowel him upon our next encounter.

Nonetheless, there are enough raptor children imprisoned in this lab to provide adequate genetic stock for repopulating my race. Please release them from their cages and carry them to the rocket.
