I don't know why there is a race requirement as listed on the quest info, but my tauren paladin and orc DK are both able to do this quest.

Becomes available immediately after finishing the "Befriending the Giants" quest from Assistant Greely nearby. Make sure you accept the Azsharite Experiment Number One" from Greely when accepting this - both take place at the same location, quite a long walk from the NPCs.

This quest takes the same place as the quest as the other Azshara quest, "Azsharite Experiment Number One".

very hard to do if you are a mage however i found a way to stop those explosive sheep
its turning them in normal sheep with polymorph

Pathway down to the Ruined Reaches starts around 43.45, 82.89. You'll come across the Tinkers there.

I did this on my rogue today. the quest offered no items. I guess if you want to collect items for the new transmogrify system in Legion, you'll have to have specific classes to get the rewards from the quests. never mind that a rogue can equip an off-hand. (edit) went back with my mage and was offered and received the offhand for the quest. mission accomplished.

This entry is incorrect. You cannot get the Spring Gadget as a shaman at all. The only option it gives you is the Spare Hubcap.

Did this entire quest chain just to find out it's not an option for me to receive...

Slay Bingham Gadgetspring in the Ruined Reaches, along with 4 Netgun Gnomes and 6 Zapper Gnomes.

Description

Scoundrels! Infidels! Ever since I started my operation here in Azshara the Gadgetspring family has hampered my studies and sabotaged my research. And now a mob of middling, second-rate tinkers have rallied to their aid! I have pressing business to attend to: see to it that those gnomes are finished for good.

Head to the Ruined Reaches on the coast, south of my Secret Lab, and start rolling some of their disproportionately enormous heads for me.
