Be careful if you decide to jump down to kill the docter, because there are mobs up next to the walls that i did not see.

You may be using a cords mod and end up in a cave with summoners, this is not the right area. You want to be above that, go outside and up the hill to a platform.

When you're done killin them both theres no need to run back down through the quickly respawning mobs. Just run down the side of the structure.. carefully ... you will avoid most of the useless fighting you would encounter on the inside. XD

Note the table that the doctors working at to the right as you enter the room - there's a abomination head lying there that's leering the surroundings with it's eyes! :P I never noticed before and i got quite surprised! ^^

DK's - after you kill Lich-Lord Chillwinter, you can Death Grip Doctor Razorgrin from the ledge so you don't have to fight anymore mobs to get to him.

on my 70 demo 'lock i killed the lich on the top level, put felguard on passive, targeted the doctor from above and hit him with CoA and corruption. he then ran off, and the next thing i know he's by my side on the snow hill with pretty low HP and a single bone warrior. popped felguard back on defensive, and as quick as a flash he and the add are done. i'd imagine a similar tactic would work equally well for all ranged classes, and it saves time fighting your way through all the mobs (assuming you're through with the Fallen Necropolis quest if you had that too - although there are plenty of mobs on your way back anyway).

One thing that isnt mentioned here is that the lich is on the rim just above the doctors room, not in the same room...

i at first thought i was just unlucky waiting or the lich to spawn in the same spot as the doctor....

killed the doctor 10 times beore i figured it out.....

Destroy Doctor Razorgrin and Lich-Lord Chillwinter. Then, return to Sage Highmesa just to the south of The Dens of Dying.
