As the quest log reads, she's directly southeast of the docked ships, I found her at 38,84 but she has a pretty obvious circle.

When you give the Scrying crystal to harry, he talks to it, as Gollum to his precious ring in the Lod of the Rings saga.

This may be common sense to some, but don't try to engage her while your standing on an ice float as she "evades". Must be in the water to fight her

There are a lot of "Scoodles" swimming and you may have to kill more than one to obtain the crystal. Personally took me four kills.

Fast respawn rate. In fact so fast the old corpse is still there when he appears again. Easiest way to find him is to look for his dead body!

This quest was kind of a pain in the ass for me. Not because he was hard to find or hard to kill. No, it was because he was hard to catch! I had to swim around his path twice before I could catch him. Be ready to cut him off when you do this quest if you have no way of pulling from a long distance (I'm a ret paladin, so I fall in this category).

One of the funnier (messed up) things in Lich King atm has got to be pathing (pet and mob) underwater. It's something quite laughable right now. When the mob doesn't evade, it swims 15 feet in the other direction to attack you, tehe. =]

Do this quest with Forgotten Treasure. The treasures are not far from Scoodles.

Not hard to find if you know that he swims SHALLOW, if you are deep looking for the vase n stuff for the other quest it might not be obvious.

If you're wondering, like I did, why the camp hates you go find Orfus of Kamagua at the ancient lift and start that chain with the dead rise. Coords are 40.2 60.2. It will eventually lead you to Grezzix Spindlesnap at 23 62.6. He's the one who sends you down to the camp where the pirates are and by that time you're friendly with them.

I came back to this zone to do loremaster, after not being there in an extremely long time. I had no idea where I left off.

Description

One of the first things Jonah Sterling did after he went crazy was to take my prized sin'dorei scrying crystal and feed it to the bane of my existence, "Scoodles" the orca.

No I didn't name the damned thing. I just know that she swims out past the ships directly southeast of Scalawag. Kill that overinflated goldfish and rip out my beautiful sin'dorei crystal from its stomach.

Do this and we can get down to business.
