This is an object that can be found on or near the ground throughout Zereth Mortis, Shadowlands; they can be on elevated surfaces like boxes, too. It looks like a leafy green pineapple-like plant. and it sparkles so it's not terribly difficult to spot. When clicked, this object grants the player a 2-minute buff that causes a colored spotlight to appear on their character.

There are 4 colored spells, all caused by clicking on the "Mysterious Fruit" objects (they each have a different ID, so they're not exactly the same object) in Zereth Mortis:
-Viridian Spotlight is caused by clicking on Mysterious Fruit and causes a green spotlight to appear on the player
-Golden Spotlight is caused by clicking on Mysterious Fruit and causes a yellow (I presume) spotlight to appear on the player
-Ethereal Spotlight is caused by clicking on Mysterious Fruit and causes a magenta (purplish pink) spotlight to appear on the player
-Sky Spotlight is caused by clicking on Mysterious Fruit and causes a blue spotlight to appear on the player

Some notes:

Clicking on another of the Fruit for which you already have a buff on, will simply reset the timer of the buff; it does not extend it and it does not stack. For example: If you already have Viridian Spotlight on and you click another Mysterious Fruit that also gives Viridian Spotlight, the buff timer will just reset, and start counting backwards from 2 minutes again.

Players are able to get 3 out of 4 of these colored spotlight buffs at once but not 4 out of 4, because Golden Spotlight and Ethereal Spotlight are mutually exclusive (players cannot have them both at the same time). So, if the player has Golden Spotlight and clicks the Fruit that gives Ethereal Spotlight, then Golden Spotlight will be immediately replaced with Ethereal Spotlight, and vice versa.

No information seems to exist yet on what purpose these spotlight buffs serve. However, it is known that these colored spotlight buffs do not have anything to do with acquisition of Bushel of Mysterious Fruit.

Edit: After some running around, I found that each of the 4 Mysterious Fruits has a unique model. I initially thought they were all leafy green plants, but I was incorrect. I have updated as such across all my comments. :)

Edit: Is there any particular reason this post (and apparently all my other posts on the various Mysterious Fruits) are being downvoted? If there is incorrect information in here, I will update it. But if you don't leave a reply, I don't know what is incorrect. There isn't much information on these yet, so I took the time to compile it all for the convenience of others. :)

These allow you to get offerings at various offering stands based on fruit/glow color and the color of the stand. Found a purple stand at 35,56 in Zereth Mortis and got the purple fruit. Came back with the purple glow and there was now an offering at the stand. Got 1 Enlightened Offering and 18x Cyphers of the First Ones.

I've not yet found the other stands.
