Gina Mudclaw can be found at The Halfhill Market located within Valley of the Four Winds walking around the 2 tables in the middle.

She will hand out 9 quests including 3 dailies, she has her own reputation which is a new feature in Mists of Pandaria.

She currently sell's items from the reputation The Tillers, these items are:

Reins of the Black Riding Goat for 450g
Reins of the Brown Riding Goat for 1350g
Reins of the White Riding Goat for 2925g

I assume in a future build she will have more items to sell, probly some cosmetic or convenient items of her own.

If you have 5 Swirling Mists Soup in your bags you can turn them in to her for some rep with her.

She installs a mailbox to your farm when you become best friends with her. You gave give her any gift to gain her friendship but her favorite (double rep) ones is the Marsh Lily and Swirling Mist Soup.

Gina Mudclaw can be found in the cooking area at Halfhill (53.2, 51.6)

When you are level 90, if you have Swirling Mist Soup x5 in your pack she will offer you a daily to turn those in to her for rep.
One Swirling Mist Soup is made with Jade Lungfish x1
When you are level 90, her favourite gift is Marsh Lily along with Farmer Fung

Best Friends with Gina Mudclaw
When she is your Best Friend, a mailbox will be added to your farm.
She will also post you a Celebration Gift which contains some fireworks.

When you are exalted with the Tillers and Best Friends with Gina, she will come and stand next to Farmer Yoon and give you a repair vendor, as well as being the Tiller's Quartermaster with things like farm systems, vanity items, and goat mounts.
Since she is only found at the market, she will come to your farm at any time.

Tied up with the new Pandaren cooking, and the Tiller's reputation are some individual "reputations" associated with ten npcs which are located around Halfhill and the Heartland in Valley of the Four Winds. All the information you could possibly want on farming and the associated reputations can be found in Perculia's guide. Note that there is more information if you scroll up.

"Gift quest" only shows if you have one of the gifts in your bags (apple, marsh lily etc), you can turn the gift in to all but reputation gain is bigger if it is the correct tiller who gets it.

I didnt test if quests shows if you have the food or gift in the bank, but pretty pointless if it does,

What can you do when you are Best Friend with her, but not completely? I'm asking this because I have OCD about reputation bars and didn't find a way to either offer her more food or give any gift.

I'm exalted with tillers and she's my best friend. Before 5.3 she was standing on my farm - I just asked her - now she's gone back to the market. Seems she doesn't have the gossip option to come again anymore.

I did not do the farm helper quest up to now. Would that bring her back?

Edit: Nevermind, she's back - looks like she had to take care of some daily quest stuff on the market.^^

It says the sell's the "Straw Hat" yet when i talk to her on no page does it show the "Straw Hat". Anyone know why?

These Quartermaster are not available in MoP Remix and should not sell anything, even if they show up in any phasing.

When Pandaria Remix ends, the character who reached Exalted will be part of Modern WoW on the realm they were created, and in Modern WoW they will have access to any Quartermaster that they have the appropriate reputation to view and buy rewards from.

These NPCs are not accessable during Remix.
