ALTAR OF INNOCENCE

The Altar of Innocence is located in Harandar at the top of a pinnacle at /way 51.15 47.55

Click the Altar of Innocence to summon Child-Like Spirit at the Altar of Innocence.

This ancient altar depicts images of haranir children at play.

Child-Like Spirit: Although the child-like spirit doesn't talk, you are washed with a sense of innocence but also great adventure. You can see a shape forming within your mind that is slowly taking the form of a ball left to the elements in a nearby bush.

(Who are you?)

A mist envelops your mind. You can now see through someone else's eyes. You are a child. A haranir child. You look around you and see a distant place, a mountain, a great tree. Your people are packing, getting ready for a voyage. You can feel anxiety, but also a great sense of excitement and adventure.

You can find A Tattered Ball in Harandar at /way 51.10 50.49

Bring the Tattered Ball to the Altar of Innocence. The Child-Spirit now has an option to turn-in the Tattered Ball.

Offer the tattered ball to the child-like spirit.

A vision of a pool, perhaps sacred by the haranir adults in the background, forms in your mind. You can see haranir children at play running after the ball you just gave the child-like spirit. They play around the pool until an adult shoos them away. This vision symbolizes birth and the beginning of a journey of life.

ALTAR OF VIGOR

The Altar of Vigor is located in Harandar at the top of a pinnacle at /way 47.18 53.14

Click the Altar of Vigor to summon the Huntress Spirit.

On a closer examination, this altar depicts hunter and prey. Images set in a circular pattern show a single hunter stalking its prey, then hiding nearby as it is ready to strike. The next is the hunter standing victorious over its prey, and then they return home and start the pattern again when needed.

Huntress Spirit: The spirit of an adult haranir hovers before you. They nod with respect. An image of a hunting tool forms deep within your mind as it slowly takes the shape of a hunting knife, lost in a nearby waterfall.

Who are you?

For a brief moment, your mind becomes silent. You can then hear the sounds of birds and small animals. Something is crawling on your leg, but you are focused on your prey, determined to have a successful hunt. You then hold your breath, and the sound of a pulled string takes over all else. Your arrow is ready. It is a perfect shot. The beast falls to the ground. You spring from your hiding, pulling out the hunting knife that feels natural in your hand. As you approach, the beast is still alive, ready to draw its last breath. It is in pain. You lean against it, petting its mane and whispering words of comfort and gratitude in its ears. You bring the knife down, and the beast is gone, thankful for the swift mercy.

A Lost Hunting Knife can be found at the top of a waterfall at /way 45.14 54.12

The Huntress Spirit now has an option to turn-in the hunting knife at the Altar of Vigor.

Offer the hunting knife to the spirit.

Huntress Spirit: The spirit nods with respect. You have earned its trust, and there is no greater honor than reuniting a hunter with the extension of their being -- the tools they use to execute a swift death to their prey. You then see a vision of a structure of great importance where hunters and elders gather around a sacred pool. They share stories and life's wisdom. The hunters look up to the elders, hoping that one day they will have the honor to take their place among them. This vision symbolizes the middle of the grand journey through life.

The Altar of Wisdom is located in Harandar at /way 51.15 58.56

Click on the Altar of Wisdom to summon (Unknown / Bugged in Beta)

This ancient altar depicts a mural of an elder haranir. She sits comfortably on a woven carpet, meditating. Around her is a sphere, perhaps symbolizing the world or the goddess.

In Beta 64611 this unknown ID NPC has no interactive dialogue to turn-in the item.

Allegedly, the item needed is A Rolled-Up Pillow located inside a small tent at /way 51.39 56.00

Note: Difficult to figure out what this is all for with the third NPC currently bugged in Beta, but the theme in the Altar of Innocence and Altar of Vigor points to the pools having some sort of importance.

The Huntress Spirit mentioned the Elders and a pool. This could be a reference to the pool at the center of the Den, underground in the cave.

The Child-like Spirit mentions children at play. There are only three areas in Harandar with children.

1. Two children running in Har'athir at 70.18 51.19 (Pool nearby)
2. Nine children in Har'kuai near /way 66.94 23.14
3. Four children at /way 48.74 44.34 -- start the Sojourner of Harandar quest: A Game of Silence and Shadow

Of all three bunches of children, I am leaning on the two running around in Har'athir, because that pond has something the pond in The Den also has in common. Both ponds have NPCs fishing. I'm unsure if these are clues to something we need to fish for in these two ponds. We might get a better picture once the third NPC "Unknown" is fixed.

Gift of the Cycle treasure is located in the Harandar zone and contains Gift of the Cycle loot
You need to find 3 items on the ground and turn them in to 3 altars on top of the highest peaks around the Den .
