Wrath of the Jailer

Part 1 will consist of killing mobs in the area to progress the bar.

Part 2 will consist of killing one of the Jailer's lieutenants.

Boss spawns. Very cool, now to find a group to--
Horde tags it, boss instantly turns grey.
Tagging the boss gives me nothing, and now it's too dangerous to stick around and try again.
