Blizzard, if you were smarter, ALL of them should spawn at the same exactly time every 20 mins. This is a limited event, should not have to wait 7 hours for 1 rare.
I'm going to log on and kill one on my lvl 40 toons and see just how much exp and what ilvl loot i can get.
The grace period before the rare is attackable is actually fantastic, gives some chance to actually get there in time.
just wanna say that the last few times I saw in a wowhead article that "handynotes created a plugin" it was never the handynotes authorI'd suggest instead saying "Someone created a handynotes plugin as well" or credit the actual plugin author
Okay I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or if it's just locked behind being maxed level. However Icecrown isn't showing the new stuff on my lvl 40 toons when I went over to see if it would be good for leveling. So unless I'm just missing something this event isn't for leveling alts.
So I guess spawn time changes daily?
The coords written as they are, are not copy and paste friendly with some addons57,8, 56,1should be57.8, 56.1some addons use comma as a separator not a decimal so it parses as 4 numbers, not 2
Are there different rare spawns and times for different servers? Is Bag drop 100% ?If not then I'd say: "This spawn system is too stupid to be intentional so it must be bug."If same rares spawned everywhere at same time then it would be literary impossible to get Bag for all chars for people with 40+ chars.I hope people will list groups for at least Bag rare.
Could be fun if the zone wasn't lagged to the point of being unplayable.
The Item level 110 gear in Azerite slots has worse stats than equivalent pieces do... lol.
I hope we see more of the grace period in the future, quite the game changer for those rare mob farms.
Set rotation makes it harder to get certain rares on alts as well. I guess this was the plan.
The every 20 minutes rare spawns is a pita. There are 20 spawns that's 400 minutes to do each once/day or almost 7 hrs. Done 2 so far and no loot but the stones-not really fun sitting around waiting. I like the advance warning, I like the set rotation but let's speed things up,,,A LOT!
If my napkin math is right these should be the approx spawn times for the bag dropping rare in icecrown for the next day or so. These are all in PST so adjust accordingly. 12401920020008401520220004401120
