I just want them to add Humming Black Dragonscale wings effect as a toy.
Looks like Blizzard is controlling this by making the launch item a BoP consumable and maxing your stacks at five, now the only other thing to know how well they handled it is the source and drop rate
why is only one of these a toy?
PSA: Regurgitated Kyrian Wings CAN NOT be used while in combat. So it's usefulness it severely limited.
This is great for everyone if it's being implemented similar to Legion. Toys to let you glide around pre-flying, on a moderate cooldown. Bellular will be pleased, too.
How do they work in PvP? Not bad as a way to escape an ambush.
