Jade Lungfish have schools in the lakes and rivers of the Jade Forest, you can also fish for them in any lake or river in the Jade Forest at a lower rate.

Gina Mudclaw
Gina Mudclaw can be found in the cooking area at Halfhill (53.2, 51.6)

When you are level 90, if you have Swirling Mist Soup x5 in your pack she will offer you a daily to turn those in to her for rep.
One Swirling Mist Soup is made with Jade Lungfish x1
When you are level 90, her favourite gift is Marsh Lily along with Farmer Fung

Best Friends with Gina Mudclaw
When she is your Best Friend, a mailbox will be added to your farm.
She will also post you a Celebration Gift which contains some fireworks.

When you are exalted with the Tillers and Best Friends with Gina, she will come and stand next to Farmer Yoon and give you a repair vendor, as well as being the Tiller's Quartermaster with things like farm systems, vanity items, and goat mounts.
Since she is only found at the market, she will come to your farm at any time.

Sho
Sho is located at either (29.6, 30.6) crouched above the hozen, or at Halfhill.

When you are level 90, if you have Eternal Blossom Fish x5 in your pack she will offer you a daily to turn those in to her for rep.
One Eternal Blossom Fish is made with Jade Lungfish x1 and Striped Melon x5
When you are level 90, her favourite gift is Lovely Apple along with Jogu the Drunk

Best Friends with Sho
When she is your Best Friend, an orange tree will appear on the farm.
She will also post you a Red Cricket, acompanion pet.

She'll come and lurk on top on the bale of hay near the watering can.
If she's at the market she will not come to your farm and you must wait for a day when she is at "home" ontop of the hozen ridge where so many dailies are completed.

Tied up with the new Pandaren cooking, and the Tiller's reputation are some individual "reputations" associated with ten npcs which are located around Halfhill and the Heartland in Valley of the Four Winds. All the information you could possibly want on farming and the associated reputations can be found in Perculia's guide. Note that there is more information if you scroll up.

I found the most pools of these fish over in Lake Kittitata, just north of Grookin Hill.
This lake is also a reference to Lake Titicaca.

A lot of pools spawn in the pond next to the Jade Temple Grounds in The Jade Forest.

Their pools share spawns with Redbelly Mandarin and as everyone needs Jade Lungfish for rep with Gina Mudclaw the pools can be tough to find.

Honeydew Farm in the upper northwest corner of the Jade Forest produced the following with percentages (Coordinates- 27.76 / 11.10)
30 Golden Carp (57.7%)
14 Jade Lungfish (26.9%)
7 Redbelly Mandarin (13.5%)
1 Flying Tiger Gourami (Nat Pagle Daily) (1.9%)

Time spent, about 15-20 minutes
Fishing Skill - 585 + 30 pole + 75 Baubles = 690

With the removal of Redbelly Mandarin schools from Jade Forest in 5.1, there are a lot of spawn points for this - quite enough to make farming them viable (for Ironpaw tokens.)

I find a bunch of these Jade Lungfish spots inside smaller pools that reside in structures. The Jade Temple Grounds is an example - there's a really small pool that has 4 respawn spots inside. Hopping from one structure to the next makes it pretty easy to farm them.

Best place to fish this without flying/running around too much is to go to Pearlfin Village if you're Alliance. Spawn points are all around the place and they respawn fast enough to never have to go anywhere else.

In 5.2, the daily event "Fish of the Day" will be added. One of the following nine locations will have this event going on. Each location has a specific type of fish that is quite plentiful to catch.

Woods of the Lost, The Jade Forest: Jade Lungfish. Special pools are called Glowing Jade Lungfish because Sprite Dragons shoot arcane bolts at them.
Fields of Niuzao, Townlong Steppes: Redbelly Mandarin. Special pools are called Crowded Redbelly Mandarin which makes sense due to the tiny pond they spawn in.
Stormstout Brewery, Valley of the Four Winds: Emperor Salmon. Special pools are called Brew-Frenzied Emperor Salmon, which makes sense based on their proximity to the brewery.
Krasari Falls, Krasarang Wilds: Krasarang Paddlefish. Special pools are called Swarm of Panicked Paddlefish, most likely due to the Goblin NPC throwing dynamite at them.
Mad Qao Pao, Vale of Eternal Blossoms: Jewel Danio. Special pools are called Glimmering Jewel Danio Pool, since Mad Qao Pao, a very blingy Pandaren, periodically makes wishes and throws coins into the pool.
Binan Village Coast, Kun-Lai Summit: Tiger Gourami. Special pools are called Sha-Touched Spinefish and the water has an oily appearance.
Sri-La Village, The Jade Forest: Reef Octopus. Special pools are called Reef Octopus Swarm and baby octopus run around the docks.
Gokk'lok Shallows, Dread Wastes: Giant Mantis Shrimp. Special pools are called Tangled Mantid Shrimp Cluster, as "Stuffed shrimp" sharks and seagulls periodically eat them.
Master Snowdrift's Pagoda, Peak of Serenity: Tiger Gourami. Special pools are called Tiger Gourami Slush, and nearby trainees cast blue bolts at them.

Description from Ben of the Booming Voice:
During a full moon, the sprite darters in the Woods of the Lost in Jade Forest are known to shed their scales. They do it late at night and it's actually beautiful to see.

Their scales glow with a bright jade light and fleck off into the water. This attracts Jade Lungfish like you wouldn't believe! Like moths to the light!

One method I found was going up and down the Slicky Stream. By the time you had taken care of the pools one way, which there are typically quite a few, additional ones will have respawned as you make your way back. Especially useful if you are leveling Way of the Pot, as it is relatively close to Halfhill and the trainer.

ok pearlfin village has a lot of spots but a lot of 2.4 mil health elites that aggro easy not the best spot imo

I found the best location to be @ Serentity Falls, approx. 25.66, 31.66
Of course, there is probably more of a suitable location, but as of right now, this is the one I personally prefer.

Out of 5 pools I finished in, with about 6 more in just this area alone, I came up with 19 Jade Lungfish, and 1 Flying Tiger Gourami.

I'm really not a fisher, and trying to raise my cooking; so this is news to me. I suppose it would also be a good source of income if you choose to sell them instead.

You can find pools of these fish literally all over Jade Forest, but if you want to stay in one location and fish for hours, there is a spot in the river at 51,22 between Tian Monastery and Sri-La Village where there are so many pools to fish from that there is always one or more available.

Along The Jade Forest, look for small of fished gathered and fish in this spot you will catch only Jade Lungfish. Once the groupe is gone, just move along the river and look for another groupe of fish. I got 30 Jade Lungfish less than 15 min.

I found a couple of Jade Lungfish schools at a nice little pond right next to Thunderpaw Refuge...there's a nice waterfall flowing into it from the place, and quite a few Sunrise Cranes. Its a pleasant place to actually fish.
