I can confirm this does drop from Pusillin, the bonus boss, in Dire Maul Warpwood Quarter. It dropped after around a dozen kills.

I have done about 20 runs now and still no drop. Compared to other skin, this one is a pain to get for me.

I farmed it for a while today and didnt kill any of the bosses but him. I kept on leaving the instance and resetting it over and over.
I finally got it to drop.
I must have tried about 10 times resetting it. I took a picture and submitted it to, so it can be seen. Just Pusillin and the loot.
Once the picture is approved you will see that he DOES drop it. It's just a low drop rate.

If you want to get this item, prepare for a long grind. After around 30 tries I finally got it, and I have a few useful tips to share:

This book drops from Pusillin, a green imp located in Warpwood Quater in the Dire Maul dungeon in Feralas.
The correct instance portal is located to the right of the big colosseum in outdoor Dire Maul.
Once you enter, the imp is standing on the left side, near the ledge.
He's very small, so you might want to put a mark on him. Talk to him, and he'll run away.

The goal is to follow him to the next location, then talk to him again a few times. He'll keep running away, until he stops and fights you on a terrace.

Burning Rush is very useful here, for chasing him faster and dying by jumping off the terrace with low HP when you're done.
Alternatively, you can just run out the instance by following the nearby corridor. When you get out, just reset, fly to Dire Maul, and try again.
AVOID THE LEDGES when chasing the imp around, if you fall down to the garden area it's a looong way up.
Last tip, if you bother to kill all the satyrs in the final room, they drop a decent amount of Felcloth for your troubles.

Do yourself a favor:

Right after talking to Pusillin for the first time, set up your Demonic Circle on the ledge near him. You can use your teleport ability to leave the instance quickly after defeating him. Burning Rush and Nitro Boost help.

Took me over 30 runs to get it. You can do the whole run naked with just accessories on so you can drain life off just a couple mobs during the run to keep burning rush up the whole time, and then jump off Pusillin's platform to die from the fall damage (need around 2-3% health or lower for it to kill you) and reset instance while youre dead to save time and not have a repair bill!

If you're close to max level, run around with your Burning Rush on. Use Drain Life on a random mob to keep it active. Will fill your life almost the whole way. Chase Pusillin around and ignore the mobs or kill them, doesn't matter.

After he is dead, keep Burning Rush on til you're almost dead and jump off the edge and die to avoid doing the whole run back to the entrance. GY is right beside the entrance.

Couldn't get Demonic Gateway to work at the first corner where Pusillin starts.

GL and for the sake of guesstimating how long it might take you, since I know it will be quite off, I got mine in two runs.

Too about 10 tries for me. Thanks to LS1S13 suggestion: make a private group. Go into the instance. when you're ready to leave, click on portrait and leave the party. You'll get ported out after about 1 minute.

Got this on my 2nd or 3rd run which is crazy bc my main character NEVER has that kinda luck.

Several tips to make this easier.

1. You can reset the dungeon as many times as you need to and can run it up to instance cap (10 instances max per hour outside of qued content).

2. Burning Rush. Talent for it, including 2 points in Fiendish Stride.
Talent for Grimoire of Sacrifice and sac your Voidwalker for Shadow Bulwark.
Talent for Sweet Souls.

3. Gear. Obviously everyone's gear will vary. I wouldn't expect anybody (including myself) to min/max this so hard that they re-itemize an entire set just for this. However more stam=more health, more health = longer Burning Rush Despite the percentage based damage of it. We are using several spells an abilities that increase our total health percentage.
I was wearing full Rival 1 conquest gear and changed out my Conquest Medallion with Obsidian Aspirant's Emblem for the on use health buff. Even if you don't PvP you can pick up the Obsidian Aspirant's Emblem for only 700 honor.

4. Make a private custom group.

5. Now you're ready.

Talk to Pussillin to the left after you enter the instance.
Pop Burning Rush and start to follow.
Pop Shadow Bulwark immediately after followed by Obsidian Aspirant's Emblem or Obsidian Gladiator's Emblem
Pop Soulburn (for the extra 30% buff to healing and 20% increase to max health) + Healthstone
Talk to him a second time leaving Burning Rush on (you'll be fine)
Continue on, use Mortal Coil on an enemy to heal (I prefer to coil the squirrels and mice as not to aggro enemies.)
He'll stop just before the tunnel. Talk to him a third time, then follow.
By now your Healthstone should be coming off cool down as well as Mortal Coil. Use Soulburn + Healthstone immediately off cool down, as well as Mortal Coil (Critters in the tunnel work perfectly).
He should be standing a short way out of the tunnel. Talk to him a forth time then follow him up to the platform.
a.) Before you reach the top platform, leave group. You will have 1 minute (more than enough time) to kill him and loot him before it ports you out of the instance.
On top of the platform talk to him a fifth and final time. He'll become hostile. Drop Summon Infernal and/or Rain of Fire.

6. At this point he should be dead. If you're lucky Grimoire of the Felblaze Imp dropped, and you are done. If you are like me, get ready to run it again...

7. Use any remaining time before the game ports you out of the instance to make a new Healthstone and list a new dungeon group (yes you can do this even while still inside the instance.)

8. After it ports you out you should be all set to go. MAKE SURE YOU RESET THE INSTANCE before you re-enter.

9. Rinse and repeat steps 1 through 8 as needed. Best of luck!

All in all, this is one of my favorite Imp models. It looks less like an imp, and more like a grell. It also matches green fire pretty darn well!
I'm currently on over 30 attempts with no luck. It's not hard or long to run, especially with a little min/maxing. A total run takes me around 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

Probably RNG but it dropped for me on the only kill where Pusillin managed to curse me.. (30ish attempts)

Belor'relos, the Suncaller users this perfect thing to suicide and reset dungeon without running back.
Make sure reset dungeon before enter back in ghost form.
